I did adjust using out = pd.concat([df, output_df]) but got sensitivity indexes with 'Nan' values in the model result. The ID and Reviews columns are okay.

@@Sheet-Symphony as I have mentioned am referring to the missing values in the dataset..i.e about the data cleaning process..few of the values in the dataset are missing..isn't it? How did you deal with them?

If you see the call patterns or use Max function of all the call volume numbers and Min function for all the numbers, we will get the maximum call volume number average as 14000 and minimum call volume average as 9000 - I did not use the max function and min function - I just observed the numbers manually and found the rough number for maximum value and minimum value to check if the call patterns based on max and min values.
