Looks good. Try moving the legs to vertical (and back again), do some neck exercises and work on ab control like ballet dancers do or in pilates neutral.
Lord... someone PLEASE help that Girl in the background Punch and Kick "properly".... holy cow. You don't have to be "strong", but at least learn proper "technique" before you start hitting things.
That's my daughter she learning lol.
@@Thermalbaric53 ... LOL. Please help your poor little one, those "punches" were making me want to die. LOL
Great job! Thank you algorithm,
mad respect.
its getting better
if you have turtel try to it from there
You should focus on your right leg. Pull harder and try to close it to your right ear. Right sole towards the ceiling! Don’t touch the ground with your right leg! If you want to learn this move you have to fix this problem.
Thanks for the help bro!
I would like to help you to achieve Falre. This move is very difficult, but you can learn it. At first, try to practice just one round. When you start Flare, try to draw a bigger circle with your left leg. You have a big problem with your right leg. I think your right leg LOL. Right leg is also important! Pull your right leg hard and try to hold it close to your right ear. The right sole towards the sky! You need bigger circular motion. Don’t touch the ground with your right leg because you will lose momentum. Don't close your legs at back! My flare is not perfect, but I can do this move.
I will try my best thanks for the commen!
@@Thermalbaric53 You're welcome! This method helped me a lot.
love it,
woooooooow😲😲😲😲😲👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks much!
@@Thermalbaric53 never give up brother , i'm always on your side cheering for you💖💖
yoo! Nice practice. I would like to give you a little advice to your flares since I had some issues with it in the beginning aswell. Basically just two adjustments. Yourleft leg (I think lol), the first sweep shouldt go inside but outside if that makes sense. Try to do a wider sweep with it like you would try to kick your right leg away. This way your leg stays straight and not bend which gives you more power and control. And your right leg needs to be higher, so your left leg has more time to lift in the end so can smootly re-enter the next round. Well I am sure you already know that so here is a little trick I used to practice to lift up my leg. I started flare from a sitting position spreading both legs in front of me. I do Flare Clockwise so what I did was...I started to lean to my left side then moved to the right and as I did I kicked my left leg over to the right and then as high as possible and kept going into a normal round of flare. I am not sure if I explained it well enough haha. So in your case, since you do it counterclockwise obviously change it to your movement. Have a great day and keep going!
Thanks for the help. I think im scissoring the legs when I kick inward so I see what you mean by kicking outward instead. Have a great memorial day weekend!
Go more to the sides instead of front and back
That's the hard part. Will do! thanks
Sick man! Btw what's the song at the end?
Thanks. I cant remember the song I will have to check. Thanks!
You gotta lose some weight brother. No shade… your torso weight is counter acting your leg weight & if its more balanced your legs provide the centrifugal lift to get more air under your flare. By contrast, it helps your head spins. At :17 you walk up and do this move we fall “cosmic twist”, I Dont know what others call it. If you stretch out (like having swx with the ceiling) you’ll change your axis and bang that out several times. It look like you were trying to enter a flare though, flares transitioning from cosmic twist are super easier than from standing
Working on it! Thanks
Everything you said makes perfect sense. I just need to follow through!
Is the guy who left his family homeless to be a dancer?
No the guy who keeps the family became a dancer lol.
The key to learn flares is to make as many rounds as possible even if your legs are completely scratching the floor all the time
Staying on it. Thanks!
that great
Thanks so much!
This is insane! Keep going!!!
Appreciated!
great moves pops
Love it. Thanks!
Right leg has to get a lot higher in the front, closer to your right ear. As you feel the right leg hit the peak, you should be spreading your legs way apart.
My right leg when looking down at my feet correct. Thanks.
year passed and still wrong technique... duuude come on
Working on it.

Thanks brother!
Kick hard with your right leg and don't bend your left leg when sweeping. You got this.
Thanks much!
Instead of having a weight on your body you should apply weights to your legs and work with them on. Do if for like 20-30min with them on and then try without them
Yes I have leg weights and it does feel crazy when you take them off. I was just testing out the vest with sand weights instead of using plate weights. Thanks!
Keep it up man!
Thanks! Will do!
Transition to a helmet. Trust me, the top of your head will thank u for it
I need to! Thanks man.
very nice spins, that's a dope track too what is it ?
Dam i cant find it now. I have to look around. Remind me!
If you start kicking with your right leg, and I mean really kick hard, your flares will improve. You are barely kicking with the right leg, if at all, which to me seems like the biggest problem. Nevertheless still very good, the fact that you can stay on your hands and do multiple rounds is a sign that you have the body strength. Just kick hard and your lower body will go up.
Thanks for tip. I will kick harder.

Thank you.
you're a helicopter you don't need a plane
LOL thanks
搜尋 flair circle break down
Thanks buddy!
if you do all of this you can do flares in like a month also it does not look like your strong enough make sure you can tuck planche for at least 10 seconds and l-sit for at least 5 seconds
Yes I need to get back to those. Thanks for the comment.
you have been attempting flare for over a year and your not fixing any mistakes you need to slide your foot when you kick into the flares also its okay if your feet touch just make sure your legs are always straight your forcing your legs up making them bend the legs need to be straight form is more important then getting your feet off the ground also leaning slightly back in the front and slight forward in the back also make sure your holding the ground as hard as you can aka pushing the ground and keep the hips up and swinging in a circle
Yeah I am going to keep working on that initial slide forward technique with the left kicking leg today. Thank you!
you should try to keep your legs straight your trying to force your legs up and its make you have bad form also when you kick into the flare you should slide your feet also make sure your leaning to each side when your going and swinging your hips
I will be focusing on that later tonight. Thanks
Dope headspins🔥 🔥
Thank you!
3 spins now nice
Trying thanks!
sick power!
Thanks so much!
you are an inspiration!
I figure if I have to inspire myself this way then I might as well share the secret. Thanks!
yeesh
Thank you!
Wow
Thanks!
Hi sir. I saw your flare videos some time ago and now I found your channel again. I see your flares have gotten better. One tip that could help your flares is to hold your first kicking leg longer in the air. It should kick back after you have reached the point where both of your hands are down
Thanks for the tip. I will be practicing tonight and will try that.
The first thing to fix is - at the start (swing) do not touch the floor with your left foot
Will do. I will give it a go tonight! Thank you.
Bro spins on skin 😭
Thanks!
@@Thermalbaric53 you madlad🔥
Sportacus
lol
Good job superb at 53 keep it going, I'm 49 still hitting them flares, my advice just keep legs apart more at the back. That way your have more power for the next round.
Yeah, you know I started doing that or trying to. I noticed once I try to keep them wide apart in the back it helps with the momentum for the next round. Some days I just forget and wonder why. Thanks for the comment!
First you need to fix the start. Do not touch the floor with your left swing leg at the start, try to keep it straight. Immediately at the start, bring your pelvis more forward and your right leg should be raised high, while the left leg swings forward. You should feel like you are being carried forward. Now your technique is completely wrong. And always warm up well before doing this and stretch, the more you stretch, the easier it will be for you. When stretching, it is also very important to stretch the hamstring muscles. And training flares in socks is a bad idea. This should be done in sneakers with non-slip soles. You need to have a good start as a sprinter. Your left leg should push off well to make a strong, sharp swing around and forward. Training in socks is very difficult, you make it very difficult for yourself.
I will start trying with shoes on and focus on your details mentioned. Thanks for the comment!
"promosm"
Thanks
Thanks for the shout out man. keep it up. practise the stuff I suggested in the videos I linked you! I also have a friend in his 50s that is training the flare and his leg flexabiliy is way way better then what i have as he can do proper full splits on blocks and stuff. but he also strugles with the flares. so it just gose to show that flexablity dose not =flares. keep training bro!
No problem man thanks for the help!
Nice spins and turtles
Appreciate it!
Hey, really good
Thank you!
Keep going buddy. Almost got 2 flares. Keep your hips higher and swing that lead leg towards your forehead .
Yeah after reading all these comments it looks like I also need to work on my warm up and flexibility. Thanks for the comment!
