Life with Jack and Nicole
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 14 พ.ค. 2018
Is there life after loss? What about love after loss? Do you want to visit cool and unique places around the country? How about learning to cook a new dish? Hard to believe, but all this can be found here on this channel. Originally the channel was known as Traveling with Jack and Pam. Jack and Pam were married for over 30 years and traveled to all the lower 48 states while also living in over 2 dozen cities. At a fairly young age, Pam was called to the ultimate destination...heaven in 2019. However, Jack continued moving forward and almost 5 years later was blessed to find love for the second time in life to the lovely Nicole. While they are both from vastly different cultures and on the surface may seem an unlikely match, love knows no boundaries and they will share with you their travels, cooking as well as some tips on how they manage friendship, love and even marriage.
Thru The Word with Nicole - Bible Study
Esther 4:14 is one of my favorite verses: For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS.

Yeah, I learned that that scumbag Bill Gates, released billions upon millions of mosquitoes. All across the Southeast and some people say it's a vaccine test. Let's hope Not.
Yes, our News and government would never lie to us about that...¿ would they? Check the record.
My family is from there. My grandfather, John Lark Robison, was a Kemper County Commissioner and had a hand in establishing East Mississippi Junior College, as it was originally called. My mother taught English, French and once Spanish there. My father had a Black Angus bull that got out and gone for 2 weeks before it was discovered grazing on the football field. Coach Sullivan's elder daughter, Bobbi, was my age. We were great friends in grammar school. Thanks for making this.
Thank you Nicole 🌿 You are so courageous.
Nicole, How do you do your head scarves ? Thanks bunch 🌿
Thumbs up! love Nicole's laugh! very refreshing!!
lol. Downtown Lynchburg is beautiful? lol. Yeah the tallest building downtown looks like crap Windows faded pain peeling etc. do you know WHY houses are so cheap. ?lol NO ONE wants to live there!!!!! Supply /demand buddy. And Falwell u us another reading to STAY AWAY
“Living “ in Lynchburg ? lol. More like “living “ in one of the most undiverse bigoted , closed minded lethargic , behind the times place on earth!!!!
Saw 'Fistfull of Dollars' starring Clint Eastwood in 1964 in downtown Pismo inside the movie theater which is now a billiard hall. It's also when I grew my addiction to Hot Licks hot cinnamon lollipops WITHOUT insects. That was much later. There was a WWII era wood floor roller skating rink and a micro amusement park with a mini roller coaster located where the beach parking lot sits. Summer and Fall meant upwellings, phytoplankton blooms, and massive bait fish balls that stretched for miles. Tens of thousands of shorebirds, seals, dolphins and whales would gorge themselves. Schools of Jack Smelt would forage next to the pier, and fishermen landed 100+ Jack Smelts per minute. There's so much more, but I'll stop here.
Amazing
Would a king size bed fit in this trailer?
Unfortunately no, queen size is the largest mattress and box spring it will accommodate.
@@lifewithjackandnicole cool cool. Thank you!
Jack, it’s as if I’m hearing my own voice as I’m listening to you in this video. My wife of 49+ years of marriage recently passed away. I knew that that moment was coming for almost seven years. I thought that after shedding all the tears throughout the years that I cared for her that I would be strong when she breathed her last breath. I was so overcome with grief that I could barely say my last name to the hospice contact when I called them to inform them of her death. The intensity of the grief I couldn’t have imagined. 10:22 Although I can feel that I am coping better almost every day, I know that my loss and grief will be with me the rest of my life, totally heartbroken. I too am “normal” as my thoughts and prayers are to be at her side again one day. I attended church today and am vigorously reading the Bible as well as praying. Reading keeps me focused on the Word, thus corralling my thoughts. Thank you for your video, it really helps knowing I’m normal
I am so very sorry for the loss of your lovely bride. It is truly one of, if not the most difficult things a person will ever go thru. The early days, weeks, months and first year are very, very difficult. There is no magic formula but I can say, don't let anyone tell you how or for how to grieve. This is your own unique experience and is a new journey that will be filled with many challenges. However, I can say that it slowly improves. We never, ever forget the one we loved and lost but we do learn to put one foot in front of the other. Take care.
Ticking time bomb.
Jack this is very helpful information thanks for sharing your experience ❤
I'm glad you found this helpful. Thank you.

I live here in Winchester. I go up-and-down that walking mall once in a while. Lot of cool history around here.
First
Just found your channel. Thank you for your honesty and positivity. It has been just over 2 years since I .lost my husband, also my best friend. You give me hope that there is still a lot of life left to live in my 60’s.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your husband. It is truly one of, if not the most difficult things a person will endure. Over time, it does slowly improve but there are plenty of hills and valleys as I'm sure you have already experienced. I always tell people, we don't "move on" but we do learn how to "move forward". With each step we learn to live this new life. Take care.
Yes. WIN for Jack. 😂
25 YEARS AGO IT WAS 20 YEARS BEHIND THE TIMES TREES WERE RIGHT NEXT TO THE ROAD ON HIGHWAYS FOR EXAMPLE RIGHT NEXT TO THE ROAD ON 55 HIGHWAY
This was a great video. Thank you. It has been just over two years since I lost my Steve to glioblastoma brain cancer, I am still learning.

Being a recent widower myself. Its good to see you you two together, she’s a very charming lady!
Lost mine 11 years ago. Time has helped the deep agony of the pain. I feel like the pain was past deep, it was in a different dimension. I'll never be the same, she taught me to have faith, so I'm gonna keep on trying
What a shithole, not visiting after this vid
Growing up on a farm, raising watermelon and enjoying it everyday as an afternoon treat was fun. My parents/ grandparents cut melons in half. Every family member had their own half. We used a spoon/ fork or both to cut each bite out as we ate. I’m 71 and still eat watermelon the same way. I seldom scoop it out of rind and put in a bowl. Watermelon Rjnd jelly with butter and hot biscuits is delicious.
I have to go with Nicole because she's so beautiful and I love her laugh.. Lol
Have to go with Jack!
Could not understand a thing you were saying Nicole.
What’s wrong with you. I understood everything she said.

Do yourself a favor: Get a Cessna 150, 152, or a 172 to learn the basics. A Cirrus is a complex, high performance bird and NOT suitable for basic flight training. As well, because it doesn't have a high-lift wing like the Cessna's, it's not very forgiving. Don't be fooled.
Thanks, but rest assured buying an airplane is not on our list of things to buy anytime in the near future. And as you suggest, the Cirrus would certainly not be on our shopping list as it is definitely for more advanced flying and pilots. But thank you for your comments that others may learn from.
Yep! Flying lessons next!
I grew up in St Joe. It was so exciting to go to Townsend & Wall Dept Store. Then we got the East Hills Mall.
First thing in the mornings and last thing at nights are the hardest times for me, when she's not there after 40 years of marriage.
You guys are beautiful. Thank you for sharing a part of your wonderful lives with us. God bless you with His Peace, Love and Longevity. 1m1w
Didnt know you flew. Looks like a Cirrus
@tragedytrousers1769 you are correct , it is a cirrus. We don't fly, it's a friends plane.
My expectations were also not met. I retired to the coast of Ecuador last year with my wife Vivi. We had big plans, she is originally from Colombia and she made evrything so easy for me to live, communicate, make friends here. We bought a piece of land on a hill with an ocean view. We just started to break ground and start building our new house. Well her breast cancer came back and she started to get very weak and sick. She went to the hospital , but not much could be done. I took her back to our rental home in Ecuador and took care of her with the help of a visiting nurse. 3 months later she passed away at home, peacfully in her sleep, me by her side. Now I am still building the new house, completing the dream for her now. I have to be strong and just deal with the loneliness one day at a time. I do believe in God, and Vivi is in a better place now.
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your lovely bride. It is truly one of, if not the most difficult thing anyone can ever experience. Thank you for sharing your story as I'm sure it brings some comfort to others knowing we are not alone on this grief journey. Take care.
We took our kids to Helen Keller’s house over thirty years ago when we lived in Alabama. It was fascinating to see it since we had read her autobiography! Books coming to life forged a connection. Sadly, Helen died in poverty after going on so many speaking tours as an adult. On a different note, we tried to DM you! What is your address? Ageing Joyfully
Y’all so cute 🥰
I lost my beautiful wife 1 year after you lost Pam Jack and you certainly helped me through that deep grief - I can never thank you enough. Best wishes and good luck with your book - you deserve it.
Thank you Alan, your words truly mean a lot. Take care my friend.
