we missed the initial conflict. why did the accord pull over after the rav4 pulled over? if there wasnt a previous incident he would have just kept going when the rav4 pulled over. considering the accord had a dashcam, was it not turned on or was the accord driver at fault for initiating the conflict? of course thats not an excuse for the rav4 but were missing the whole picture here
