too high cooling water temperature goes into machine. low flow of the li-br goes from HTG to absorber. too big temperature difference LTG and Vapour temperature. machine need to fine tune. Why connection box for the pump is still not unpacked? haha rapture disk piping not connected. furnace temperature is only 595 degree, burner is not properly tuned.

Is there a specific technical reason,we use heater at downstream of dessicant wheel what would happpen if there is no heater? Please elobarate
You must heat the desicant after the capture of humidity to release the moister. This is called regeneration. The hot regeneration air which now has the moisture is vented back outside to atomasphere. Without the heat the desicant will reach full absorbtion rapidly and become incapable of pulling anymore moisture from the air. Hope this helps.

Warranty is only 12 months and it is set up to be voided as soon as the customer takes control of it. Factory is NO help (unless u pay them, then they are your best friends) Turn and Run and look at other options
Buyer beware! Over engineering at its prime. Nightmare for owners and extremely expensive to maintain and repair. You will never see a penny of savings from the energy saved.
My facility has two of these. You're exactly right. The belts break that drive the desiccant wheel and the desiccant wheels only last 5-6 years and cost thousands to replace.
But if you do servicing every after 3 months then it can stay for much more longer because i do this onboard from last 16 years i never found any kind of problems so far i have changed bearings 3 times til now and the bearing are much more cheaper
@@orvilpereira1762 I service desiccant wheels. They do not last more than 10 years. Very expensive to replace. But well worth it. Especially for ice rinks.
