This was filmed at KA Suwanee where we used to train, but now we operate Elevate Martial Arts.

Hello
ATA
Ready for the gym now 🤙
Yessir 💪
Most will miss what happened at 2:12, but it earned my sub. Your ability to react and compensate with almost no momentum lost was masterful; well done 🌱 My channel is brand new, but I would be honored to have your opinion on my staff work ✌️
how much that kata weight? mine is 2.6lb and i find so heavy to do tricks
I wanna train with you. I need these skills.
Open stance or closed stance 🤔
Start in an open stance when throwing this kick
God this takes me back. It’s been so long since I became to busy for it and I just miss it now.
Leaving martial arts is hard. I hope you can get back into it one day.
@@SkillMastery i hope so too. I was a 2nd degree black belt so I got a lot to relearn.
My practice sword is too thick for my hand. What can i do about that? Are there any practice swords that are thinner?
Yes you can probably find a thinner practice sword, otherwise you’ll have to really work on the timing and balance of the sword. You can still do tricks with a thicker sword, but it will be challenging.
@SkillMastery thanks. It is very challenging. I have blisters on my hands, and my wrist hurts. Would you happen to have a link to a thinner practice sword?
I just found out I get I've gotten recommended to a lot of your viewers from this video. Thank you and cheers!
Glad we could work together in a sense :)
@@SkillMastery most def haha

Safety gear for board breaking? May I inquire more about this?? With what you use??
Some students wear sparring gear to break boards, especially while learning the techniques.
good job bro
Hello there! I think It would be nice If u could make longer videos or maybe do a compilation of the sword training videos, of course I know you have your own way of making the videos but anyways, nice work as always!!! ✨🙏🏻😎
Btw i call your "get that cut" finishing move, the Highlander move 😂
あなたはスカートを穿いてバトン・トワリングをおこなっても今と同等の満足感を得ることができるでしょう。
Amazing
HI I HAVE A ZOMBIE SWORD CAN I STILL SPIN IT
Question why are you so disrespectful to Japanese Swordsmanship, culture and traditions?
Well, it's difficult. But I think I got the point.
1:36 😂 the voice crack
I need to learn how to do this
Very nice form and great explanation/demonstration. Thank you. 🙌👍
Glad it helped!
All your vids are so helpful after i watched this video i felt like I was zoro or the last samurai
That’s awesome!
This is an awesome video. My friend likes katanas. He has a Tachi. I’ll send you the video. Do you like the Tachi as well? Are you as good with it too?. You are awesome th-cam.com/video/ODNKcndgQ28/w-d-xo.htmlsi=cLNwIXiqfLpHTA2d

One question sir, where did you buy the jahng bong? I have been looking for a store that has them but I can't find any😪
Spin ffw verstehe ich aber den rws nicht. Entweder hau ich mir den in die Beine oder es sieht aus wenn ich es wegwerfe
I really wanted to do this with my ben 10 sword, thank you !!!
Learns not learn from u because u are doing sppedy
Bought a kendo like three years ago. I got bored so ima do this shit now
Amazing technique!!!
I didn't know actually making the blade go underneath near your armpit was actually how you can get a cool spin out of it, I've been doing this part subconsciously, I've no formal training with a sword or of any kind, it just felt natural to do, and I've always personally had this nagging thought in my head of how stupid it is to let the sharp blade go under you at such speeds, but it's not suppose to be part of actual combat, but just showmanship more like. Now that you've also shown me you can do a full spin to, like "Add" power to the strike, it looks so much cooler than it did before, thanks so much, haha!
That’s good to hear!
Me doing this with my plastic sword Meanwhile half of you guys🗡️⚔️
Don’t mean to be picky but your punches in this form should be head high. And your stances are like duck feet.
Strikes go to the mid section in this form
멋지네
Today I have seen many videos of different sword styles but our traditional sword style of QUREISH is far beyond any of the videos I have seen on Internet, this may be one of the reasons why we as a tribe ruled the world for more than 200 years !
1:00
that looks really cool! Although, these swords tricks are not something that someone would do in real combat :D anyway, still really cool move :)
