I've seen Eric B and Rakim 3 times and they are DOPE, I've also seen Big Daddy Kane, Public Enemy, JVC Force, Special ED, Mantronix, Dougie Fresh infact most top Hip Hop artists from the 80's and 90's. I saw some of them in the UK. I also went to UK FRESH at Wembley arena. One of my favourite nights was seeing Kid and Play with King Bee.

This was one of the first mega-mixes to hit big - I prefer the original Eric B & Rakim version - this version reduces the rap to an addition rather than the absolute star of this record. But I understand that this was a gateway drug to hip-hop for many so can't knock it (too much).
