USATC 5197 & 6046 attack the exhausting long and steep climb up to ipstones summit from Leek Brook Jnc. The barks of the American beasts doesnt come across the same on camera in person the sound is so immense it can be deafening at times.

Just one thing let's it down the dapol coupling swap it for a bachmann short coupling much shorter and better,

I like the contrast with the black and red. It reminds me of the black Rapido Hunslet. I was so impressed with those that I bought all six. I could be tempted to do the same with these.
@@alan_mythicalgnome Yes ive got Primrose No2 in the black with red lining and these two make a good pair. I like the added bit of yellow lining too. its not everywhere but it makes the model pop a bit more
Not fussed on the mdf and plastic bits. Great little loco.

Thanks mate. Yeah with an open cab it really does need a crew inside. like you said it really brings the model to life. Ive still got things i want to add to it like a lamp and fire irons. As i volunteer at the Foxfield Railway i work very close with the engine in real life so its nice to have a miniature version.
