YES DONNI FOR THE WIN!!!!! I LOVE THAT YOU TOLD HER SHE NEEDS THERAPY BECAUSE I KEPT SAYING THE SAME THING AS WELL. WE ALWAYS TEND TO BELEIVE THAT SUCCESS INDICATES WE HAVE OVER COME ALL THE TRAUMAS BUT FORGET THAT AFTERWARDS WE MUST STILL HEAL FROM THE OFFENSES AND TRAUMAS. Dont be afraid to go alone is simple advice I have heard it before but it is hitting different right now bc I had to accept I may be alone literally just cried and have cried about it it is very hurtful and I feel almost like an orphan but I am staying focused and one day I will be able to encourage someone else with my success story.

Don’t know her but from her voice I feel like she’s going to give the real and be fully transparent

I'm a bit taken aback by her choice of clothing.

I agree and disagree with the salon perspective. We include (shampoo &blow dry) and an instant conditioner with the services, how ever, if you want a deep penetrating conditioner it will be extra. Clients call and ask if they need to come with their hair shampooed and I tell them it comes with the service. A typical detangle should be 10-15 minutes, when it runs into 30 plus min, that’s an extra charge. I don’t like the term brat fee, though I understand it. I’ve seen children crying their heads off and the comb isn’t in their head and they’re saying it hurts. I’ve also seen stylist not know how to handle children but i wouldn’t call it a Brat charge. I just believe anything that takes longer than the normal requires an additional charge. Great perspectives though!!
