I picked up a Mesa Boogie subway blues about six months ago, had the same issues. Actually a lot worse than on this video. First thing I did was change all the tubes. The amp behaved the same. I pulled out chassis and changed all the filter capacitors and replaced them with F&T brand caps. NOW.. the amp sounds amazing. A slight hiss from the tubes itself but nothing like I hear from other videos I see regarding this amp model. I hope this info will help subway users.

Mesa avait couvert d'epoxy une pièce, à l'époque, pour ne pas être copié. Depuis, ils fournissent la pièce pour résoudre le problème. Pour le mien, souffle encore un peu après réparation... En baissant la reverb ça marche mieux aussi. Bonjour de France
