No need to cheat to find a police boat find yourself an ambulance and park at the other gate making sure the back doors are touching the gate , climb on the ambulance and run/jump through the gate , there should be a boat on the first pier to the left use it to find a police boat .

This was the best guide for getting the trophy "Take the Cannoli"! Took me one hour active playtime and about for hours of non-active time. Tips for noobs like me: - you can do this in any order. I gained first one million criminal points and then collected the money. - it was impossible to steal the police boat with a floating car, I always end up in the sea. I first stole a fast boat next to the yacht and with that it was easier to jump on a police boat. - you can noob as much as you want in Cone Crazy. I drove over cones, destroyed my car and failed with times. But as long as you keep track of your high scores, you get the money. Good luck for everyone collecting this trophy!

Stealing that police boat is an absolute bitch! Tried it like 3 times and couldn't get it so I ended up stealing a speed boat and jumping from it on to the police boat. Great video, glad I don't have to bother collecting all of the hidden packages!
