Japan Air Lines Flight 123 was a scheduled domestic passenger flight from Tokyo to Osaka, Japan. On August 12, 1985, the Boeing 747 flying the route suffered a severe structural failure and decompression 12 minutes into the flight. After flying under minimal control for a further 32 minutes, the 747 crashed in the area of Mount Takamagahara, 100 kilometres (62 mi; 54 nmi) from Tokyo. The aircraft, featuring a high-density seating configuration, was carrying 524 people. The crash killed all 15 crew members and 505 of the 509 passengers on board, leaving only four survivors. An estimated 20 to 50 passengers had survived the initial crash, but died due to their serious injuries a few hours later while awaiting rescue. The crash of Flight 123 is the deadliest single-aircraft accident in aviation history.[1] Japan's Aircraft Accident Investigation Commission (AAIC),[2]: 129  assisted by the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board,[3] concluded that the structural failure was caused by a faulty repair by Boeing technicians following a tailstrike incident seven years earlier. When the faulty repair eventually failed, it resulted in a rapid decompression that ripped off a large portion of the tail and caused the loss of all on-board hydraulic systems, disabling the aircraft's flight controls.

Here's an explanation (yes i know it's useless in reality but why not): October 31, 1979. The DC-10-10 was on approach to land, it was heading to a closed runway. when it landed, the right main landing gear and the right horizontal stabilizer struck a vehicle on the runway and the pilots tried to lift off the ground and do a go-around, the F/O exclaimed "Charlie! Get it up Charlie!" after the first impact, then saying "Charlie.. Get it up" signaling to get in the air again. The captain when went "Oh jesus christ.." right before the plane went into a right bank, where you can hear the pilots screaming and the F/O saying once again "Get it up Charlie!", the screaming then continues and it slams into a Eastern Airlines service building north of both runways, 26 seconds after it had initially touched down. This final impact caused the structural breakup of the aircraft, heavily damaged the two-story reinforced concrete building and caused a fire that consumed most of the aircraft structure. Part of the DC-10's left wing traveled well off airport grounds, impacting a residential building on Matamoros Street in the Peñón de los Baños colonia, causing a fire there too.

I accidentally made the crash with an boeing 727 expect the plane stalled but kept going forward and going to the ground and i eventually landed on the grass with an wing strike cus i hit an building in pilot training flight simulator

Basically the pilots went to a closed off runway that was next to the one they were meant to land on, the hit a service vehicle (first impact) and then couldn’t turn right so they crashed into a building (second impact) totally the left, 16 survivors, 75 dead (if I remember
