Thank you so much for your kind words! I totally hear you on the struggle to find balance, especially when dealing with chronic mental health challenges. It can definitely feel like you're constantly adjusting to that ebb and flow. Honestly, I've come to realize that balance isn't always about staying on a perfect line-sometimes it’s more about being kind to yourself when things are harder and appreciating the better days when they come. And you're absolutely right-capitalism doesn’t account for the different paces and needs people have, which makes it that much harder to navigate. For me, advocating for myself has looked like setting really clear boundaries, being honest (with myself and others) about what I can handle, and learning to say no without feeling guilty. I know that sometimes that means I miss opportunities for financial growth or get looked over for promotions, but my mental and physical health come first. It’s definitely a work in progress, but I've found that prioritizing rest and respecting my limits is a form of self-care I had to learn.
