I'm pretty sure the arrest on PHXtonic is illegal, as he was across the street in a public location away from the traffic stop and was not interfering in any way. He was within his right to film in a location that is across the street from a traffic stop
Yes you are right about some of that but there is protocols you do you got to follow when it comes to that and one of them is that they got to be a certain feet away from the traffic stopped and that's what he said in the video too and he was not far enough away so they can use it for interfering In investigation anything like that.

Man, I passed my SAHP application, but my map knowledge isn't the best. Do you have any tips?
We base our map off of GTA 5, Specifically the sandy shores area. Learning anything you can about the roads / buildings in and around sandy shores in GTA 5 will help a lot. Check out gta5map.com and start looking at road names.
