If I remember right you just have to be lucky for the right one to pop up in the store.. because of this it takes a very long time to collect them all. There are even some heirlooms that are from limited time events and those rarely come back. 😅 After all these years I did not even manage to collect them all myself! Some people did collect them all tho, it’s just insanely hard to do.

If you want it to reach the 3th floor you have to unlock the floor below, so the 2nd one. Hope this helps! 😊
