Hi there! We didn't level the floors before that because the previous flooring was quite level already. Don't think there needs to be 100% perfect levelling as the planks are quite flexible also. Even so, till now we don't face any issues with cracking and highly doubt there will be any serious cracks/ gaps unless you drag something really heavy over it:)

Hello! Nope, we haven't had any issues with it yet. It's been around 6 months of constant use - we let it vacuum everyday and mop every other day. Saves us so much time compared to mopping ourselves!

Shipping fees not included in the prices we mentioned, but we shipped a lot of bulky items together, so total shipping fees for us ended up to be $100+!

Cos some of the sellers do not direct to sg. Wonders how U guys do it

Hello! Haha ya, some of them were a leap of faith purchase, but we usually try to go with reputable shops when shopping on Taobao. There is a seller ranking system on Taobao that is quite useful - can google it! We try to go with sellers with a crown ranking at least 😄 And yes, they were all within our expectations!

Hello! Yes the one we got is compatible with SG piping, we didn't have to do any modification for that😄 For the shipping, we used a freight forwarder called Meoshopper :)
