Who needs onions when one can listen to this? Beautiful.

I was really surprised how this song lost out to Bruce Springsteen's song "Streets of Philadelphia" for an Academy Award for Best Original Song and four Grammy Awards for Song of the Year. No offence to Springsteen's son, it's excellent, but this song is a masterpiece (IMHO).

I just lost my daughter; she died on August 19 at 20 years old... At her funeral, when I was holding her hand and had the other hand on her forehead, telling her how much I love her, I couldn't stop thinking about this song. It is sad, but at the same time so comforting...

I’ve always wanted to know who sang this song from the movie…now I know. I was never a fan of Neil Young and could never name a song he sang….but now I know and he’s a great pianist

Never has a movie had 2 such brilliant original songs . I can’t split them , one is uplifting to a degree, the other resignation of the soul.

I can understand how this haunting master piece didnt receive the Oscar . Simply an Oscar would not have done it justice ! Neil Young is a long time favourite of this old guy ! He is an absolute genius with words and music !
