@@alshasar thanks! I'm about 45 minutes west of St Louis. You'd be welcome to check mine out if you're in the area, but it definitely won't drive like a stock Type S. I've done a TON of work to it already - half as much as what car goes for, so it will be MUCH faster and ride differently. 😄 It shouldn't be too long before the 25's hit the lots I'd imagine. I picked mine up almost exactly a year ago on August 10 & it was the second to last color released aside from the Performance Red Pearl.

@@rickymartinez6821 love the Supra! Test drive both and see which you'd prefer for your purposes bc there's a lot of folks getting rid of their Supra for this. Depends if straight line racing is more your thing than circuit style. I'm also at about 430whp/tq and have a family of 4 that we haul hockey gear, stroller, groceries in all at once. Cant do that with a 2 seater.

@@Ramiq. there are 3rd party freight companies that will bring the car to the nearest coast and then ship it over on boat. Thats how we get right hand drive Japanese cars over here.

@@rdtheonly13 according to one of our DE5 chats, Swift owners are happy with the looks but now the ride. The Pro kit works great for me. Wife and kids have not complained or noticed LOL plus I have other suspension mods as well and it's still a great daily! Takes a week or 2 for them to settle in like usual.

@@eddyngan9293 thanks! The wheels are 18x10.5 +47 and needed no adjustment at all to fit 275/35/18 DWS06+ tires. The 285/35/18 PS4S tires I'm running in the warmer months are suggested to add camber - I don't want to take my chances with fitment so at the same time as the tires, I installed the rear RV6 control arms and pulled the front guide pins. I'm about -2.4 in front and -2.9 rear after the alignment.

@@anthonyhui3237 anytime! Always here to help if I can. Apex wheels price point for forged wheels is very nice, as are the Titan 7 brand. Maybe I'll look into a set of Rays/Volk/Work/etc in the future, but for the $2000 price difference, I was glad to put that money towards other mods, especially the turbo & tune.

@@TheTwistedProdigy I've done a lot of mods, but I'll walk away from a supercharged Challenger for example.

@IntegraLifeTypeS I dont doubt that at all but you are really only beat cars from a roll and they have to either be heavier or less power, thats the only way from my experience Ive had high hp fwd srt4, cobalt ss, ect all big turbo, its just not practical for the money.

@@TheTwistedProdigy most definitely a roll only. I got tired of drag style racing as I find it just to be more boring and require less skill and a shorter amount of time having fun. This car is mainly a family car (can pack it with hockey gear/stroller/groceries all at once and still fit 4 WAY more comfortably than our past cars) that I can also take to the circuit and autocross - I would never even consider buying a FWD for drag racing by any means. This car on the circuit however, is able to meet or beat same times as MUCH higher end/priced vehicles such as GTR, Lambo, Porsche, Ferrari, etc. The records are published on tracks like Suzuka & Nurburgring. Also, a good tuner will help to put down this 450ish whp in lower gears using tune by gear method with Hondata traction control and multiple maps (5) depending on the circumstances.

@@doublemc044 I got it from Group N Garage but it does NOT fit and I returned it. It was advertised that it fit, but apparently you have to drill new holes and cut corners and stuff that I did not want to do on a finished piece.

I could only sign up for 2 classes, tuner cars and imports so I figured - heck, I'll try for both and see what they say. 🤭 they had around 30 classes total, mainly catered towards more classic stuff, but they have everything - big trucks, street trucks, stock Jeep, modified Jeep, and on and on.

@@jesseaquino1614 ahh I see lol that was just some painters tape I had lying around. It's the Frog Tape brand.

@@yousayrun1489 no, no issues there. Only time I've ever lost it was after unplugging the battery (which isn't needed when doing the air filter or even the whole intake, regardless of what instructions say) and there occasionally will be an 0420 code in the background that you can read and clear with a code reader and they will come right back. This seems to happen to ITS owners who are both stock or modified. Just a random fluke thing that can happen - so I always keep my cheap, small code reader in the glove box or you can also use the Hondata app to clear codes with their FlashPro tuning device.

@@tazmofo8343 it truly does not need AWD. It would be nice if there was a lighter way to add slight rear wheel power on demand, such as an electric powered LSD in the rear maybe. (Which is a patented thing not brought to the public market yet, but military). But the only thing the AWD is going to do on this platform is improve the 0-60 time, while somewhat negatively affecting how well it does in the turns.

@@white9th193 LOL we coming from a crew cab truck and jeep for many years so it makes perfect practical sense for us - enough space for a busy family of 4 but can still track on the weekends. Waaaaaay smaller and lighter n the outside than the TLX Type S but waaaay more room on the inside and in the hatch. It's crazy the amount of difference there is!

@@myaccount0000 I don't do spacers on cars like this. These are 18x10.5 +47 wheels with 285/35/18 PS4S - a meaty setup for sure, but no spacers. 👍🏽 #nospacers4ever 😄

@@rdtheonly13 some minor drilling through plastic only. Side skirts got new holes, rear got 1 hole, and the front splitter just has the existing holes barely bored out with a 1/2" drill bit. I have videos on the front and sides. Artwork Bodyshop already has a great short video on the rear.

@@commonduck10 I have a 'short' video on it too if you want a visual. But I ordered used TLX center caps to fit through Apex wheels. Used a pen to help loosen the rear of the emblem inside the slots then a credit card or thumbnail to carefully work around the logo on the front as to spread the load and not break it. @@integra_gang so the wheel and 285/35 setup overall raised it .6" and then the Pro springs lowered it about an 1" - a little lower after it settled. Sportlines are dope, dude! Congrats! I really wanted them but this is as low as I could handle I think, plus with the fatter tires stuffed in there. Let me know how it rides!!!

We're over 17k miles in less than a year and I work from home with no commute 😄 Sure those & splash guards take away from the look, but oh well, gotta have them where we live. And gotta crack the windows when it's raining and the older boy farts - it's beyond bad. 🤯 This is when they are indeed, ok. We just can't have it all 😎 😆

@@glackaglack1534 a good dealer will let you option whichever color you'd like. However, Acura dealers are limited to no choice on colors - Acura allocates to them whatever they sell the most color of which doesn't help. This car is one of the first 200 preorder who had the only choice of color & that it would automatically be allocated to the dealer if your choice.
