For the cream filled strawberries I: - I carve out the middle of the strawberry - I use soft cream cheese and put Icing powder in it (about 2 1/2 tbsp) - Fill the strawberries with the cream - Melt chocolate of your choice - Coat the top of the strawberry (where the cream went in) - Chill in the fridge For my cupcakes: - Water (boiling) - 45g Coco powder - 3 Free range eggs (medium if possible)...
