Some times when gas valves sticks I have put 24 straight to it and unstuck it . Sounds like you had role out switch tripped
@@handyhamby5513 Roll out or limit switch was not tripped.. if rollout is tripped then I may have a crack in the heat exchanger.. filter is good,If board is good, because I have 24v going to the valve.. There is gas flow coming into the valve. I went old school and beat on the gas valve during call for heat and it opened up. Then it got stuck again

You never know when the line of work what you might run up on I have had bird in the flu, blocking not creating draft to close the process switch kick on and off
@handyhamby5513 trust me I looked up all of that.. took the flue pipe apart,tested the pressure switch... But then as an O G , when you follow the sequence of operation, you're supposed to pin point the issue straight away.. Everything worked the right way until the igniter glowed orange and gas valve never opened up.
@@Adventureswithstinos been doing this for 25 years still throws me at time and I trouble shoot day in day out process of elimination
