Annoying Shaun

First MGP practice of 2014, no steering damper, more bhp than I knew what to do with and one frustrated rider on a GPZ!
Ronan rides again

Ronan might have been riding for a different team here, hence the...............identification issues. He can time trial though, #versatile
Trevor Nation rides a Norton F1, Donington Park GP circuit 2012
มุมมอง 50K12 ปีที่แล้ว
Please check out our team racing page on Facebook- wiznortonracing Here's Trevor Nation riding Andy Wilson's Norton rotary at the Classic Bike Trackdays event on the full Donington circuit. Apologies for the sound quality at high speed, the camera couldn't be mounted behind a screen so wind noise takes over down the two main straights. The bike was built by Andy Wilson and is the l...
CRMC Snetterton 2012 MT 125 race 4
มุมมอง 1.1K12 ปีที่แล้ว
The final 125 race of the 2012 CRMC Snetterton meeting produced a really entertaining 5-way fight for 2nd place, with Joop Van de Pol coming out on top after 6 laps. Ant 'definitely straight (?)' Hart was first by a long, long way. It was the first time I'd been involved in a split start race with the 125's and it really improved the quality of racing. Big thank you as ever to Jerry Lodge of Ea...

CRMC 2012- Pembrey MT125r race
มุมมอง 2.2K12 ปีที่แล้ว
The first round of the 2012 CRMC championship was held at Pembrey on 7-8th April. This was my first full meeting on one of Jerry Lodge's MT125r's and the footage is from the final race of the weekend (the first race in which I didn't completely balls up the start!). I don't know how to edit videos so the warm up lap is included. These MTs aren't the fastest bikes on the planet but they're capab...

What a bike what a man brilliant ! Had the honour of meeting him and shaking his hand once .
One of the best videos on the Internet!!! If you can't get excited over the visuals and the sound, you might want to check your pulse to see if you are alive. Norton! Norton! Norton!
The sound of tearing calico.
World class willy wonka tickets...gold brolleys and dollies.
Brilliantly jps Norton recreation, in a league of its own even in detuned form, couldn't help but notice sounds like clutch slip on up shifts🤔 Fantastic to watch👍
oh how i miss 125cc racing..
If you ever wanted to know what a wailing screaming banshee sounded like...now you know! Love that sound!
Well that was rather splendid! Nice job, Trevor. It would be so cool to see one at a historic event in the USA.
sounds like a jet
Trevor Norton on the nation 🏁
Fantastic, what a beast love that noise.
Am watching this December 2018, the sound brings back a lot of memories.
great bike, ive heard crighton will be racing their 700cc rotary bike on the isle of man tt this year so I hope rotary bikes will make a comeback as they are using fuel injection to beat emission regulations
The over run sounds superb
Just watched this for the first time and am well impressed by both bike and rider. I remember watching him and I think it was Terry Rymer riding these beasts back in the day but had forgotten how good he was. I couldn't believe how early on the throttle he is coming out of corners.
There used to be flames 🔥 as well!!!
Pure Heaven
Trevor has not lost his speed.Best wishes to Mandy his wife and hope to meet you both again in the uk. Peter Rowlands at present in Cyprus.having sailed the Med
What a fantastic sound that rotary

mint lap - the yellows :)
used to love watching them annihilate everyone down the long straight at donington....the sound of the exhaust is pure magic...
Could listen to this all day.i want one.
Imagine what this bike sounds like on full chat :) :) I used to go to most meetings in the 90s when these bikes were " King " They sound gorgeous :)
Hi all, I worked at Norton from '91 to '93 (when we closed) and met Trevor and the other guys a few times. I worked on the last few F1's and built about 2/3rds of the F1 Sports we produced. This video brings back so many great memories of working for Norton, building the bikes, meeting the riders, being on TV (Sir John Harvey Jones Troobleshooter programme - remember it?). I worked on the TT winning bike and also with Mr Crichton and Mr Negus, the real brains behind those successful days........
Richard Negus rebuilt the engine on my Interpol 2, I spent the afternoon at Shenstone and it was an experience I won’t forget.
Thanks so much for posting this Richard. I got an adrenalin rush just hearing the jps again . I was involved in the Ulster road racing scene from `88- `92, and was lucky enough to see Robert Dunlop and Trevor Nation race the F1 at the NW200 and the Ulster GP. Ahhh! good times. The tickover alone is awesome, bombombombombombom. But when she wails...........it touches the soul.
Thanks very much for posting this, absolutely awesome. Are there going to be any more oppertunities like this to see Clever Trevor riding the Norton? I have some great memories of watching the nortons racing at Thruxton,Donington park and also at Castle combe during the spring cup and would love to see Trev riding the screaming rotory again,he is a road racing god.
How good is this i love it. Does anyone remember when Wayne rainey, John K, Trevor Nation and Steve Spray swapped bikes at Brands on a charity weekend?
Clearly not.
Hello. I am very interested in your build! I have a 1974 MT125 and i would love to get as much power as you have gotten out of yours! Can you tell me your secrets?
the MT125 he is on (I suspect) was a purpose built road racer supplied by Honda. classic-motorbikes.net/wp-content/uploads/2004/06/MT125-static0025.jpg it was based on the cr125 red rocket of the time.
richard is that your comfort blanket lol
richard that was absolutely incredible, looked even more hectic than i remember. but such fun
i tell you something richard there cant be another racing class where a missed gear can cost you so much, it cost james the win as he missed a gear coming out of the last corner, doh!
awesome ...Brings back memory's. love this track
ha, I suppose you don't get much time to look at the revcounter even if you had one ...
thanks, couldn't tell you what the revs are as i've no rev counter fitted to the bike. just rev it till it goes flat and then change gear. apparently it's about 10,5 or 10,800 rpm
Great video, thanks for posting. Some great racing on Sunday, I remember the chap on the front row stalling in the first 125 race. Nice dice you had with #35. What are you revving it to coming out of the lake esses, out of curiosity? Sounds like you're using a little over-rev while cranked over to the left?
road and dirt performance bikes hi richard good vid looking forword to you on the ypvs good race weekend for you and john
