2018 F150 5.0 Pulling Semi Stuck in Snow
มุมมอง 5053 ปีที่แล้ว
I live in Memphis, TN and we got record-breaking snow this year. This was filmed at my work where a truck could get enough traction to pull out of our yard. The semi just needed a little help getting moving. I ended up pulling out 3 semis and many cars. The truck is a stock 2018 F-150 Lariat 4x4 5.0 Coyote.

I am an amateur climber and decided to go do one of the most challenging climbs in Colorado.
By God that's slow. My 650 would beat you
The more I see these the more I think about replacing my scout.
Keep the scout and get one of these as a second bike. I’m keeping my scout for sure, debating on a mt10 or ftr. Mt10 is obviously faster but I like the Indian name better then Yamaha
max speed 140km🧐ftr
I've not had a chance to ride a FTR but that beast sounds strong!! Gorgeous bikes too!
Sure it's not kmh?
Runs outta gears pretty quick. But still quicker than i would've imagined. I can hit 80-90mph in first gear on mine. But it screaming. Plus its uncomfortable and not fun for long ride either 😂
Yeah it does. Lower red line and shorter gears. However, that means I get to use more gears on twisty back roads.
Im actually thinking about trading in my R1 for a naked bike. The FTR is in my top 5. Im leaning towards the mt10. @edsaid757
That's Kphnot mph
Try again.
That's what I thought, surely that's kph??
That's what I thought, surely that's kph??
Yeah that sick. Nice video
Km more like it. You basically halved the factory bike’s 0-60.
Try again man.
Now do 150!
Kmh lol ;)
Sorry bud. Wrong.
@@edsaid757 it was a joke bud. Quit being so uptight. You jump to conclusions faster than your bike.
lol shift 4 times to get to 100mph terrible sport bike 😂
It’s not a sport bike man.
@@edsaid757 ya I was being sarcastic
Do they come with a quick shifter?
Nope.
Does it wheelie all the time? I've had a tuono and streetfighter before it was fun but maybe now i want a more chill ride
First and second wheelie very easy. However this bike does have anti-wheelie when you don’t feel as sporty.
Genuine question, how's the wind feels when going that fast on a naked motorcycle with looks like no jacket?
It sucks
You get used to it. In my experience cruisers with mini apes or taller bars are way worse because the wind is pushing you back and you're constantly trying to pull your torso back to the front of the bike lol. On a low wind day it's not bad, 10-20mph sustained winds in the opposite direction that you are traveling, sucks dookie
You are always fighting it. You act like a parachute for the bike when you sit up.
Take off the stock exhaust and listen to it and watch the HP climb higher
Great run! However i think you can take at least a second off the 0-60 with more clutch work
He needs to let the air out the back tire turn off abs an launch that thing
Thanks for this. I was wondering if someone would have advice. I’ll work on it.
@@gripthebars1513 abs is off in this run but I do think I can be more aggressive on the clutch but it’s a short wheel base bike.
Awesome bike do you still have it
Yep. I need to post more.
Does this model have the maps option?
😂 indian speed meeter 😂😂😂 fake
اسيبق
What is the top speed limited to vs removing the limiter?
125 limited and I’ve gotten to 155 without the limiter.
@@edsaid757 Cool.
Bro burnt about 20% of that clutch lol...just a joke, but seriously amazing bike
I know it's a joke but how so? I shift like this 😅
@@Marko-bh3pl it was mostly a joke, but your letting of the clutch too slow and giving too much throttle for the slow release of the clutch, but then again i dont ride an indian ftr, i ride yamaha R series sport bikes so, theyre 2 completley different bikes
@@Marko-bh3pl usually higher displacement bikes dont need any throttle to take off, and even then he revved way too high on start off
Wet clutches dont burn
0 to 60 time is impressive
Should do a draggy run Post up some numbers
Yes lol
sounds 💥💥
Beautiful American Bike!!
Thank you sir. I love it!
Beautiful Indian bike
@@edsaid757ik it was already said but damn is that a beautiful bike you’ve got there sir 🫡
I like the sound of them but there slow my m109 is quicker
Highly doubtful my friend. Your bike is 200 pounds heavier with the same horsepower. Also the the ftr revs 1500 rpm higher. Maybe we can get a video from you to see? Also I love M109s by the way. They just aren’t sports bikes.
Bullshit your m109 is not fast bub
How much range do usually get out of a tank?
Haha since it was tunned I get a pathetic 100 miles per tank. Not very practical.
is this the new grey ?
This was a 2019 color option. I don’t see many of them.
Pshh.... My lbz diesel truck does it faster.
No it doesn’t
What have you done to your FTR? ;~}
Bassani exhaust, aftermarket air filter, and a tune from fuel moto. Those are about the only mods available right now.
Nice, mine are only 2" high on my FTR ;~}
Mine aren’t great. Getting better though.
Sick Dude!! ;~}
Thanks man.
Hit 130 mph for a sec I think
It comes up quick!
120kmh not mph
Negative my friend. It’s MPH.
No that’s definitely MPH buddy.
Must mean Kilometers instead of mph
Nah, mph. It’s a FTR1200. Motorcycles are fast lol, stock and with good shifting you get a 3.3 second 0-60 mph on that bike.
Hello friend. It is indeed miles per hour. It is a petty quick bike. It could be a little faster if I was better at launching.
why would he mean kmh?
its a 1200 naked bike
@@jackdonoghue5527 exactly plus his isn't stock so probably even quicker than that if he can nail his launch and shift
I want one of these so bad
I encourage you my friend. It has been a perfect bike. If you have the money do it.
@@edsaid757 I will, I need to sell my dual sport moto 🏍️
Do it. Sell a kidney if you have to.
@@edsaid757i don’t have the money and I still might do it
I like these bikes. That’s about a 0-60 time on my Honda 300 Rally!
I want a 300 rally so bad. Safe riding man.
Grom
Damn I didn’t know there was a shift light!! I guess I haven’t ever gone in the red…
Hey man. My bike is tuned by Fuel Moto. I don’t remember the shift light before it was tuned so I wonder if it was a feature of the tune. Don’t take my word for it.
Mine doesn't have a flash, 2022 carbon r, but it's so low I can't see it unless I glance down
Mans bout to send a piston to the moon for a shift light lol 😂
@@CJmk3supra smh rn😂
@@CJmk3suprayour bike must be a piece of shit if it can’t handle hitting redline
Is this with or with out cats?
No cat on this. The muffler doesn’t do much either. Is extremely loud. Sometimes I wish I had a “quiet” button. 😂😂
This is just 9 minutes of uninterrupted sex noises🤤🤤
Kilometers.
American road and the time is about right for a pull to 120.
Negative my friend. Mph and normal speed. Motorcycles are quick.
@@edsaid757 Been on two wheels for over 30 years. The featured rig is not so quick.
@@tedeitel8060 Ok buddy. No point in arguing. Have a good day and keep it rubber side down.
@@tedeitel8060 also I’ll try and get a verification video up for you. Better quality, show that mph is selected on the dash, and timer (if I can figure out how to mount it). I get that you’re skeptical. Can’t believe anything on the internet these days.
Awesome how hard was the install
Took an hour. Super easy. Everything fit perfect with great build quality.
What an AWESOME sound , when normal riding how far per Tank can you go ?? Stay upright.. John & Tanina in Australia 😀😎👍🍺🍺🏍🚓🚔
3.4 gal tank and taking it easy results in 40-45 mpg for me... I've never gone over 120 miles though, because I like having a healthy reserve riding out in the canyons.
I have done 110 miles (170ish km) but it felt like I was pushing it. Admittedly, I am heavy on the throttle.
I watch this video when I can't ride my FTR. The sound is mental coming out of my straight pipe, and I ride with ear plugs in.
Switching my S&S with a guy for one of these. Definitely going to look into a baffle, but I’ll be so glad to run my saddlebags without the interference of the S&S. This baby is loud for sure!
Id love to get some saddle bags at some point. Good luck.
@@edsaid757 I’m just running two messenger bags that I throw over the seat, but they work for my needs.
I have the S&S can on my FTR - link pipe/cat delete and no baffle. The thing sounds like a 21 gun salute on the overrun. Shut the throttle/downshift, it's like an artillery barrage. Very, very loud but a beautiful deep resonance. Changing it for the Toce low mount system which is on order and I suspect will sound more rasping and racy and snarl like the Bassani - a different sound altogether It'll also have the bite taken out of it once I've installed the Lloyd'z garage flash but run beautifully. Purists will disagree, but I love the bang, crackle and pop of a sub-optimal tune and straight through pipe. I'll miss the current set up for sure, but the Toce is a thing of beauty on this bike.
@@yassassin6425 Wow. Good description. I know exactly what you mean.
@@yassassin6425 I prefer the low mount exhaust, so the clearance I now have with the Bassani is great, but the S&S definitely sounded deeper and more harmonic than the Bassani. I’d love to switch to a custom setup down the road as I’m not entirely in love with the Bassani, but it’ll do for now. The goal is to run an Arrow or maybe a Werkes exhaust down the road and have it custom mounted. I just prefer the more refined sound, as a decat and slip is already loud enough regardless of the pipe.
Awesome sound my friend! I really look forward to the jeckyll & hyde exhaust. For Germany it’s the only possibility to get it loud and legal. Do you have a soundfile with cat and bassani? Or with bassani and muffler? Have a good ride!
Is there an option for a baffle?
I looked but haven't found one yet. I would like it to be a little quieter. I think I might make one.
Well,,,,I lasted 2min 15sec. ...I'll try again in 15 min lol.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I lost it when I read that. Same problem here.
