We know from the biblical account that Adam and eve had many sons and daughters. It was incest, which at the time wasn't a sin in God's eyes, not until the time of Abraham thousands of years later.

According to islam Allah SWT told us in the final statement The Holy Quran that Adam pbuh lived 2000 yrs and his first children's was Cain and his twins sister next his twins brother Abel and his twins sister so to start a new community Allah SWT ordered Adam to tell his two sons to marry theirs on twins sisters but Cain should marry Abel twins sister who black and not beautiful and Abel should marry Cain twins sister who was white a beautiful unfortunately Cain was black refused and rejected the proposal but Abel accepted and marry Cain twins white beautiful sister. Then Cain dissatisfaction rejected the ordered of his father so Adam asked Allah to solve this problem then Allah ordered the two brothers to offer charity from their wealth. Cain being farmer took the worst awfull crops from his farms and put at the alter and Abel brought his beautiful lamb to the alter and waiting the answer. Then Allah SWT accepted and took the Lamb of Abel to heaven and sent fire from heaven and burned the offer of Cain. When cain realised that Abel get the beautiful sister and his offer was accepted by Allah Cain treath his younger brother and killed Abel. The true story of cain and abel is written in the Holy Quran and after birth of these boys snd girls Even give birth to many other twins almost she got 80 childrens.

I am loving this channel. Catching up on parts of the bible I never read or studied or even heard of growing up. I just turned 50. Question. The woman stood over the bodies of her sons for weeks or months. But why did she not bury them? Was it forbidden due to the circumstances or a woman could not initiate a burial in that culture? I am sure she would have other relatives or friends who could help dig a hole somewhere and put them in. No? But yes I do realize a divine lesson is being taught by the story. In my country my dad was "cut off" from his family and tribe so when he passed and my mum informed them they wanted no part in it. So she gathered her sisters and some friends and me and my brother and buried him. This story got me tingling to be honest. Hmm.

This indeed is a sad story for the unmentioned prophet who was attacked by a lion and was killed , because God is very stern with obedience he does not tolerate it when your in a mission from God you must obey him and not man this poor prophet did not listen and was attacked by a lion and killed which is a strong message to obey God thoughrouly no matter what he knows what is good and bad for us not to rely on our own understanding to rely on his word 🙏

It's just a story. Martyr stories were all the rage at the time. If it was not known how a apostle died a story of their martyrdom was concocted. It was a way of honouring them. Check out Candida Boss's The Myth of Persecution How Early Christians Invented A Story of Martyrdom. In the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire Edward Gibbon he tells how Christians would try to goad Roman soldiers into killing them so that they could become martyrs. No need to remain gullible when we have the facts.

Wait. The woman was a gibeonite. But her children were not considered gibeonite because they were fathered by an Israelite.? So they were then executed by gibeonites to satisfy a dispute with the Israelites? Huh? Its like sacrificing my grand child bevause they have a foreign offending father. What the .... In my country through the 19th century your children would be taken if you could not pay your creditors. They would likely end up sold and resold many times to Arab or European slave traders. It's not easy to spell God's name on Utube. I can't figure how to make the YUD HEY VUD HEY characters that spell God's name. Closest in English is "Jehovah the Almighty Creator of all things" " HE WHO CAUSES TO BE" YAWUAY He is always what we need Him to be, . I love that He had 66 books written to help us get to know Him and provide us with history that men lie about. I wish I had lived during the time before the Bible when He sent prophets and angels. I like Abigail. A good wife. Not interested in any god who knew ahead of time that Lucifer and Adam would sin and suffer eternal wrath for it, and creates them anyway. To me, this is cruelty! Better for both part parties, if god simply did not follow through with his creation plan. But he did so knowingly! Preventing the calamity and suffering to these two living beings was god's best course or choice. But he did it anyway
