Excellent video, could you make a video to show how to connect the lock to the app please?
By holding the set button for 5 seconds, it goes to settings not restore to factory settings. Why don't you make a real video of the process instead of showing manual instruction? Still, I'm not able to connect the lock to the app.... poor support and wrong instructions
I've tried this handred times, but I can't find Hotspot smartLife. My wifi suport 2.4Ghz. This is the second lock I'm trying to connect to the app, I've returned the first one because I thought it has a pairing program, but this one can't pair as well. I wish there was a real instruction video instead of showing the same user manual on the video....

@IamJimhunder hey, were you able to connect the lock to the app? I've tried many times but unsuccessful, is the set button the square one under the battery cover or inside the little hole Below that?
