Cool project ! If you ever have the blower back off take more material out in the inlet area above the needle bearings.Opening up the bottom side only helps with intake air temp and its the inlet side that makes more power.Also either replace or get rid of the plastic connectors on the factory heater hoses.They are notorious for popping off and leaving people stranded

Did you have a issue with the cross over I have to same hot side but I can’t get the cross over to line up with the driver side

I think you have a 4.6 not a 5.4, especially if you didn't need adapters.

My friend if I get the dash and center console from an Escalade and put it in my 08 Tahoe the dash should fit flush ? Or do I need to modify ?

I would of Lucas oiled the hell out of that thing ! I did it with my Dodge Grand Caravan it became quiet again and I drove it around 50 000 miles with no other issue until I traded it for a 2018 Sienna

My question is about the exhaust manifolds between 4.6 & 5.4, are they the same?

Your rear tires are too tall, you either need gears or stock height tires.. I can hear them slowing you down, your car should be revving much quicker than that..

That’s a 4.6, it’s good because the 4.6 is better..
