The water dept will spend half a million dollars to hound this poor guy for a 12 thousand dollar debt he obviously was not responsible for. Typical inefficient government. This is the kind of stuff DOGE should hit hard.

We need some updates for May and June, dam July is around the corner.

This gives me hope. I a senior on a fixed income and not living in the house in N. Philly. For some reason the water bill is extremely high and I cannot afford it or the inherited property any longer. The water bill has reached close to 10,000 dollars. There have been many break in over the years when I became disabled. I pray this bill will be dissolved with vert little or no payment due. I always lived in another state. I desperately need your help and compassion. Thank you. Property has been vacant for many years.

Is this Tax Review Board based on the law or on City governance and policy. There is no transparency here,

Is there anyone to return a call for a petition filed for Water Tax filed by a Disabled Veteran whose water is turned off since October and there are health issues involved. There are two liens on my property, and I have been told 5 different things about my water. I am being told that my property has been under investigation for occupancy because the water does not show usage and the City of Philadelphia listed my home as unoccupied and placed two liens. All challenges remain with the Water Off and threats to take my property. There is noone to speak with and emails do not reflect the total email conversations. There is no policy or other law which is being provided to support taking my house, investigating my property. They use the meters to enter my property and they still claim my home is unoccupied despite I owe no taxes and they use Water as a tax to seize homes of veterans who are disabled and can not live in the house for water caused by the city and the mold. Where is the laws. There is no reference to any laws or policies in this forum.

Philly is skid row. So sad.
