@@victorarteaga8107 hello Victor, your mind is very busy. You must come up with a routine I get you ready for a clear mind. I like to take a shower and cut all the cords of the day off of me and watch it wash down the drain, that I like to curl up in my bed and do my gratitudes and my blessings and do a little meditation and Love, and then I read a small chapter in a book I go to bed. I asked for a beautiful white light to be put around me to help me sleep sound and without any interruptions. All of this prepares me.
