I have flown one of their SD4s. I do my flight training there. I can say, It is a brilliant thing to fly. Really light controls, takes so little effort.

Saw this in the 80s on National Geographic Explorer. It inspired me to learn to fly aerobatics. The sounds of Supertramp's Child of Vision and Mozart's piano concerto are missed.

I prefer the old one the new one makes it look like most other airlines while before there was only a few other airlines with a similar livery. I also don't like the colour of the new one I think it looks too modern and I much prefer the green of the old livery.

More and more, I have seen what the west was always trying to hide. Russians are tech wizards and it shows . If the USSR and Russia had the budget the US has and it does not because of numerous sanctions. they would have overtaken the west in the 70s.

Brilliant! David was good friends with my Dad, in fact he was best man at my parents wedding in 1977. David flew my Dad to the Le Mans 24 hour race in his own plane in the late 70's. What a legend! Sadly, I never got to meet him as I was born in 84. Gone way too soon.
