This Panasonic system incorporates a laser sensing technology to identify the location of the components weld seam. Deviation of less than a millimetre can result in undesirable weld performance. The Panasonic laser is designed to compensate for any deviation, by finding the location of the weld start point and then shifting the programme accordingly.

Wire? Parameters?
That automatic welder is doing its job very well. I noticed the angle of the welder changes from weld to weld. That may have an effect on the weld, but i wouldnt know for sure since I am a begginer. It would definitely still be a strong weld though from the consistency of the welding arm, and even stronger with all the other welds together. Very good job guys!

As I saw; it is a WG. It means old generation TAWERS.
