To be honest the fire shelters are pretty useless

There's different style packs from Engine crew, Type 2 crews, Hotshot packs. It's what your agency provides for you if they do provide them for you and they should. It don't hurt to ask if line gear is provided?

Nice bag, we put a few into service and they have stood up well at my old agency. We are putting a few more in place now at my current agency currently figuring out what to pack it with. I think some others have hit on a few additional points. Our big decision right now is if we use the O2 integrated unit or put the 02 in a seperate bag. Comes into just how much do we want to carry and how we want it laid out. 9/18/20 it looks like that bag is no longer available in that material. Looks like they changed to thier wipe down infection control material across the board. We have the newer material bags and they feel very much like the StatPak material. We like them, time will tell but I have one bag thats been in service for a while and stood up great, not cheap, but you get what you pay for...

This jump bag leaves something to be desired as far as organization and the actual gear goes. To name a few: no occlusive dressings (like @Mason Hanson commented), that TQ should not still be in its wrapping, meds? (maybe your State does not allow BLS to administer meds/IV/IO, in that case, no worries), PT. refusals forms, note pads, and others. Maybe your agency does not run many medical calls but your EMS Sup. could deffently improve what you guys are running with. Thanks and stay safe.
