I think the statement in his clarification isn’t begging, however I have reviewed past video of him and he did sound worse there than here. But I can do nothing but to take his word on the clarification. I will assume he tells the truth but yeah I get where you are coming from.

I will look into that. I was thinking about looking up the original live but I thought since it is on the internet he wouldn’t lie during a clarification but thanks for pointing it out, I’ll have a little peek.

In the original interview they actually answered this question. Almir said that he likes the competition and that he appreciates the praise the game gets since he knows how hard it is to pull of a heisting game. But there seems to be no animosity there atleast :)

Payday 3s release was a threat to its own existence

Fair enough all of that. However I do believe Payday 3 is a passion project and I do believe the team genuinely cares. I have been here since the launch and yes it was awful (the launch) but regardless I have seen now a great many awesome updates like the SOLO Mode which fixes all of the server issues. I think it still requires internet connection I am not sure but atleast it is not as funky as their server side issues. And that is really awesome that they managed to fix that. Ontop of that I would say that all animations and glitch fixes aswell as general quality of life features have been just what we have been asking for. You have a point with the paid stuff in all fairness, I felt the exact same as you before but I realised that the paid stuff needs to be prioritised since they promised the gold and silver bundles this. Also keep in mind that they had to rework an entire new plan on how to release content because the fans was so dissatisfied with the initial product. Regardless I fully understand people who see the process and all that has happened the way you see it, many people were let down in the beginning but if you have the game, redownload it now and see how you feel, if there's a difference or if you feel the same no matter what. @@theofficialwrecklesshow all devs care , from EA devs who publisher forced to add agresive monetization to blizzard diablo 4 devs , problem is a lot people cant seperate "developers" or "publisher" , if publisher makes game trash , it not matters how much effort developer puts becouse game will be forever tainted , and problem is live service games evolve(so game who was good at relese can be tainted later for short term gains) , payday 2 lootboxes "we will never add them" really opened my eyes on this , remember how good furute of payday 2 was? with dlcs , no microtransactions , but then publisher betrayed community trust for short term gains and now they doing it again with payday 3 with relesing unfinished flawed game , i know devs care but for me consumer it does not matter why i should support project who is inferior in every day to their last game , they lost my trust and they not seam to care to work it back , so why i should care? on end of the day , even tho vidoegames is creative passionate work , if its not worth the money noone going to buy or play it , and thats payday 3 , not worth time and money , nothing reflects this as steam "player numbers" , only 500-1100 people play it game came out just 9 months ago , how many people playing payday 2? 22k , and while indeed payday 2 has more content , payday 3 had less content then payday 2 at release. game was dead on arrival.

@@VarenvelDarakus I think people that feel like you have the absolute right to do that ofcourse. You are right the game was very underwhelming and I think people have the right to throw it away if they feel betrayed. However I have seen that they have taken the feedback given seriously and changed up alot of things. I don't want people to feel presured to get back on payday 3 again but if they were to I promise the experience has developed alot more for the better. I would say that if people still want a good payday 3 even after the initial failure of the team/publisher I would say now would be a good time to hop back in because they have really fixed up alot of things that should've been done before release to be fair but now it is a proper game I would say. My biggest icks was the No offline mode, Bad XP system, Lack of animations (similar to payday 2). All of those issues have been resolved and or improved alot. I agree that we still lack alot of heists and other content but I think if we give them time to catch up a little bit we all might receive a product that we all wished it was from the start. With regards to publishers and devs I recognise the difference there however the failure on payday 3 initially was on all fronts. The devs failed to implement simple things that is and should be free like unready button and a proper XP system. On top of that publishers forced the paid content ontop. So the game was on all fronts bad. However I can now say that the game is starting to look really well and I am really excited to see how it will improve. Once again I don't judge people who feel betrayed by the team and left never to comeback. Thanks for your comment and thoughts in regards to this video. @@theofficialwrecklesshow that's the difference tho , you say it's on Devs but it's publisher decided if game is to be released , if it be delayed or does it need more men power(hire help or have another team help) ultimately a lot games who I seen failed not because studio incompetence but publisher unreasonable deadlines , not wanting to delay or bad leadership , developers are just people at the factory , they not even decide what engine to use.

@@VarenvelDarakus Yeah sure but devs decide what to prioritise. Publishers decide deadlines for things and might add different types on monitization however if I see that the game has customisable gun skins and an entirely dysfunctional xp system that is unfortunately on the devs. So it is split responsibility although I do think that publishers put waaay to much pressure on devs these days.

Damn I just realised you are part of the Animations team on payday. You guys are doing some heavy lifting on the project. Animations look flawless, great job honestly. I have adressed the animations of payday 3 earlier but it really makes a massive difference to the game. Great job and an honor to have you here.

Appreciate it buddy, with regards to the voice over usually I make 5 takes of each line but I have a puppy that loves to make noises as soon as I record XD. So I end up with very quick takes on the voice overs. But yeah thank you and I agree with the editing tip there, sometimes you need an outsider to point it out in order to see it so I once again thank you brother!

I must be missing out on alot. This is not the first time I’ve heard this. To me it seems like constant new things to keep track of. New caves, new nether, new mobs, new depth system. Feels like yesterday.

Its too many updates. I'd prefer the game as it is than with more stuff. Besides Mojang is like on of the few companies out there that dont crunch their workers before a game release. So they should be supported!

I’m from the old old Minecraft era. I am used to Redstones only purpose being to speed up minecarts and look nice as torches XD. But it’s good for people who play minecraft on a regular to get more stuff added.
