The 1st process in AR is notorious for the gold replating on just about everything.

After you dissolved the silver using nitric acid. You burned the left over transistors and crushed it. Why did you have copper left over because shouldn’t it have been dissolved along with the nitric to make copper nitrate ? Wouldn’t some of the gold when you crushed it be loss as well?
