As expected, the U.S FED announced an interest rate drop. However a drop of 50-basis points is significant.
As Singapore banks start to revise down the TDSR stress test to a lower percentage, and also the mortgage loan interest rates, we noticed a pick up in property transactions in the month of September.
Will this translate to a price increase soon as demand picks up from cheaper lending? And are there still good bargains in the market home buyers can pick up before the market changes?
