I’m not fair skinned. I’m a lightly tanned Latina with a cool undertone, and any yellow that is a pale chiffon or a neon yellow will look good. Mustard, golden, warm yellows make my skin look so dowdy and grayish. It’s not just about dark and light. Also, I know a dark skinned black lady who looks amazing in the same yellows as me.
