I have a Panasonic DC outdoor fan and the wire got burnt after a bandicoot got electrocuted inside the outdoor unit near the main AC lines.. How do you unplug the wires going into the fan? Looks like they are built-in for waterproofing. Can you crack open the fan case to access the circuit board and those wires?

grizzlyFN, i'm fine with bypassing the flow sensor switch by twisting the 2 wires from the reed switch together as you did. Not worried about this cheap unit "catching fire" or whatever. The gfci on the plug would likely trip before that happened anyhow. So, eliminating the E02 is straightforward enough, but I am curious about how to take the E01 code out of the picture also. It seems if I have the the reed flow sensor switch wires twisted/jumped together, or a magnet on the reed sensor when energizing the tub, it then throws the E01 error saying that the flow sensor is "not in the correct position" or broken. thus, i've been able to plug the tub in with the reed switch on, then put a magnet on that & run the tub, but if I had the reed switch wires hard-wired, twisted together, I would get the E01 error when plugging tub in. It would seem the E01 & E02 errors are tied to together on the control board, like E01 wants that circuit open, E02 wants it closed. Does this make sense? & any ideas how to just get them both hard-wired out of the picture as my tub is an old saluspa malibu piece of crap that I'm just wanting to limp along. Have though about that hard-wiring & plumbing in my own heater & pump & not using the egg control panel at all now that I've got the 2 air leaks in tub bladder fixed. Also, nice to use those submersible heating wands to top off the heat to 107- 110 F or so before getting in tub (you don't want to have those plugged in & in tub while you're in tub ;) ) thanks!!

Did you pressure test befor you vacced out? And them single splits seem awfully close to the wall suprised they dont cut out on high pressure

Hi I have no errors all Flow, NTC, TOC and heater is good. I am stumped.

The pump I am trying to fix has no heat and no error codes. All sensors and flow switch are good and so are the elements. The customer changed the heating unit. Is wiring the elements in the incorrect sequence going to cause a problem?

Got an opinion on pulling a vacuum to boil off the moisture in the system from the compressor drawing in outside air to compensate for nitrogen lost to leaks? My pump froze up on me yesterday in sub-freezing temps and popped the fuse, came out of class to a body riding on bump stops. 🤣

I live in the northeast of the USA. I have a 2017 ram 1500 ecodiesel. First winter I had it it through codes for for air suspension service immediately. The system froze up. The front dropped down to the stops. I vacuumed the system. In refilling the system I drew in 1 0z of airbrake antifreeze. Then I removed the right rear tailight. Carfully removing the vent filter I put another 1 oz of airbrake antifreeze with a small funnel into the hose. Haven't had a single problem since. I've done this every November . Im about to do it again. Its easier than you think. Just takes a little figuring the first time. Take about 30- 40 mins to do.

I drive a 6 year old black converted van. I never wash it and the paint is rough from leaves sticking, dry bird droppings and bugs. It's a road warrior. One day I plan to repaint it with bed liner paint. Anyways, I want to use shallow well water I would imagine is very hard and full of iron to wash and spray down the van to cool it off as I sleep in the van. I wonder if this will lead to the van rusting or permanent damage.

I have a 2010 Bailey pageant monarch series 7 2 berth and about a week ago the light brown plastic fascia rail on one side that they slats slide along the whole length of the sofa collapsed at the front by the sink and came adrift right to the center on one side so I live alone with my dog but in all honesty although it is a different system to what you have here I think whoever designs these caravans must have a few screws loose up top because it's just absolutely ludicrous the weight that these flimsy plastic rails are supposed to take and if I had never ever seen a caravan before and I was asked to design a bed affair that was stowable for daytime I certainly would have made something a lot more robust than what mine is. I had a friend come over to strengthen and reattach the rail and on the second night it has collapsed yet again so as a temporary solution he is going to make a complete board that is temporary but goes right across each side and over the rail on each side but it's just absolutely pathetic in my opinion how these caravans are designed just absolutely ridiculous. I do like your bed design here more than my pullout slats but even so the slatted surface is absolutely crazy for two adults and tonight I'm sleeping lengthways on one singular side so my poor little dog is on his own on the other side and of course I don't have much room to turn around but the designs on the bailey leaves much to desire.
