Thx. That's the air fryer I use that I got at Costco. And expensive and it does beautifully. Thank you for a nice looking recipe. I will change the spices up some simply because I'm not a turmeric person but I've got a lot of other good things with Trader Joe's spices I can put on mine and Yum Yum Yum. You mean I don't need to par boil the other veggies like pumpkin. Okra etc?
Par boiling helps vegetables to last longer in the freezer without loosing its color and texture ( if you are planning to keeping it in the freezer for more than 6 months) . But I find it ok to freeze them without blanching , if you are planning to use them within 3-4 months. Wash, dry with a paper towel and cut into desired size and shape and freeze. Yes, I freeze pumpkin, okra, spinach etc using this method. Works just fine for me🙂
