Hi it's me Emm Star NZ! I have PVL and spastic dipelgic cerebral palsy which affects my balance and walking but I don't let that stop me from enjoying life and having fun! I want to show parents out there that are going through struggles of a new diagnoses of Cerebral Palsy that anything is possible.

Hi guys, in NZ we were in level 4 lockdown for 4 and a half weeks. We weren't allow to go out of our properties unless we were exercising or walking with our families 3km around our homes. Hi guys. I when to see my Physio and OT a month ago to check my wheelchair was still fitting properly. I’ve grow to fast and they can’t move anything sled to make it bigger for me so.... I’m getting a new one!!

Hi guys. This week I baked some gingerbread horses to raise money for my RDA (Riding for the Disabled). Here’s all the steps including us selling some at the end. They were delicious!!! Thank you for this Emma! You did a wonderful job showing us what works & what doesn't work so that kids of all abilities can enjoy the spaces created for them. Keep up the great work - we love what you're doing :)
Thanks Emma! I work at a council and it is so helpful knowing what you can use and can't use for when we design playgrounds. A lot of kids are going to benefit from your advice in these videos, so awesome job!

Ordinary Extraordinary My Mum doesn’t like those bikes now. They gave her a sprained back. Everybody else had to pedal but I was sitting in the front and didn’t have to pedal so I had lots of fun.

EMM STAR NZ Hi Emm that was awesome. A great presentation. Just to let you know that you can buy Magnesium Salt specifically for Spas and Pools. We add it here to our swimming pool on the Gold Coast and we have special places where you can go and have Cold and Hot dips in Pools with the same salt. Thank you for sharing. I love Epsom Salts in my bath.

Hi someone I know asked me to ask you if you can put those Epsom salts into spa pools? Do you think the magnesium oil would be good for cramps in peoples legs? And where do you buy it? Thanks
Anna Bolton Hi Mum 👋 I found this on google. That being said you should never add Epsom salts to your spa or swim spa. Here is why: Salt levels above 1500 ppm can be corrosive in a spa depending on the pH. ... Soaking in Epsom salts is a good thing but use it in your bath tub or foot bath where you drain and change the water with every use. So probably not or it might ruin your spa pool. I get my magnesium oil from the pharmacy. It’s a little bit itchy for some people but it doesn’t effect me.
