I’m finding I have absolutely nothing in common with a friend of 50 years, I’ve always pulled away and they always chase me down and make me feel guilty for not keeping in touch, I just have zero in common and took many years to realise I don’t need to keep others constantly happy. The last few years our differences have really stood out and when she refers to me as a conspiracy theorist and refuses to discuss anything well I now know we aren’t meant to be, we don’t have a foundation

Consider letting go of "striving" and move into "ACCEPTING" as an alternative. The more one strives to become "Enlightened", the more elusive it becomes. Relax and allow what already is to come into your conscious awareness at the appropriate time. As within, so without. Namaste.🙏👍😊💖🏄

The masses are controlled through state media programming originally developed by the CIA , otherwise known as operation Mockingbird. Other means exist as well which are far more sinister such as cloning and direct mind manipulation. It all seems far fetched until you see it in action. the pandemic inadvertantly created a great awakening for those not easily controlled. TPTB, worldy and otherwordly wish to creat chaos in this world. We must prevail against these demons.

It is very important to know that regardless of how little or how much you're capable of about doing something, if the way you talk to yourself sends the message that you're capable of nothing, then your response will be the response of someone that achieves nothing, regardless of the fact that you probably can perform decently or even pretty well. Our words start a self-destructive process that doesn't stop until our body performs, and it affects everything in between.

Change can be intimidating, discouraging, and scary. We pursue change mostly going after the wrong goal, some want money, some want fame, some want peace of mind, but there's something that will make change much easier if you just know what is it that we should really look for. Evolving into a different person can be very challenging especially because most of the times when we want to change we don't really have a blueprint or a plan to follow, we don't really know what we'll be facing, what kind of emotions we'll have, and how soon it can feel so overwhelming when things go wrong. Let me talk to you about 7 essential factors you need to know about change, and you'll have a much better idea of how to start taking action, how to keep your mindset focused on the right goal, and what to do when things don't go well.

Different ages don't necessarily mean a different impact on your way of thinking. What's different is the process of independent thinking and the final 80-90% formation of your personality at a certain age. Our mentality changes, and we develop more independent thought processes and critical thinking. I this video I understand in a very simple way some science facts about what goes on with our mental growth and how it affects our behavior.

Hundreds of millions of views, more than 30 years and still going strong, and a groundbreaking video. What people don't know is that behind the colossal success of Take On Me, there is a story of a song that got to the point where it looked bound to be forgotten with the other millions of songs that never succeeded, and are now gone and forgotten. What did it take to re-shape it into a magnificent success? This video is about the struggle and adversity that A HA had to face to finally put out there the song that became #1 in the Billboard list and an international hit.

What kind of self-perception would you have if it were true that you can lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks? what kind of self-image would you have and how would it affect your personality, your behavior, and your mindset if you could learn a different language, a technically difficult computer language, or read 15 books in a week with the new, miraculous, super-learning system? We're dying to believe that difficult things in life that have taken others 10 years or more to master can be learn or achieved in a matter of weeks or days, quick and easy, even though we know deep inside ourselves that it's far from the truth. We want to believe that greatness can be achieved with little effort, to the point that we even spend money buying those miraculous packages that promise to change our lives. The only guaranteed truth about success is that it requires hard work, consistency, and a LOT of patience because it takes time.

So you have the challenge in front of you, what happens next? the thoughts, measuring yourself against the adversity, the self-communication, and that's when the emotions start to get stronger. The whole process of observation of a project, a competition, a goal, or a challenge sends clues and messages that sum up the result. These messages that many times we're not conscious about to catch because, instead of being aware of what is going on in our heads, we give ourselves up to the sensations of doubt, distractions, scared, etc. We MUST learn to be in the moment and catch the subtle messages that start leaning the balance of trust in our capacity, or submission to the challenge, and catch them early to act quickly if your mind seems to be moving towards surrendering.

Many times we try to change something on ourselves and we focus on matter over matter, not understanding that matter never changes matter. Focusing on your body will never help you achieve long-lasting changes, it always has to come from the right mind process applied to matter. This is a technique that will help you amplify your emotions to achieve any changes you want to make.

Elders talk about several different regrets in life, but there is one that stands out from the rest, one mistake that we repeatedly make that if we were smart enough to give it some thoughts, it would literally re-route our life. It would change our identity, our thinking and therefore, our behavior. Give it a chance while there's still time to do it, or you might find yourself sharing the same advice at the end of your life.

We try to change, we try new things, we try to change our behavior or the way we react to some situations, we try to change our mindset to be more confident or positive but it's not easy because we usually go back to being the person we don't want to be anymore, there are several things necessary to change, but there is no doubt that there is one thing in particular that is the key to transformation, learn what it is or any efforts you make to transform your mindset or behavior will fail.

In one of those 3 parts, you'll come face to face with all your flaws, the destructive power that has kept you from growing, from getting better, from developing your potential. I will let you know which part it is and how to work mentally to shift the results.

We are all judgmental, the difference is some people deal correctly and quickly with it and don't let it control their emotions, and others let their emotions be hijacked by their criticism and become slaves to their judgments. Why do we judge and what is the very important message that we're not picking up when we become critical of others?...

When we find ourselves in difficult situations, many times we become the person that not only will not solve the problem but will make it even worse because we become our most lethal enemy, our self-language and the images in our heads take us to a place where the struggle will seem unbearable, in that moment we meet our nemesis, ourselves. This video is about what we do that hurts us even more in difficult situations, and what to focus on instead.

It is important to approach the myth of the successful person that is perceived as God Gifted or Natural. Most of the times those who talk about the 'Naturals' don't know the story behind the achievements, don't know what that person had to go through to succeed, and many times the easy part is to just name them God Gifted, sending the wrong message(specially to our kids) that no matter what others do, there is a rare and unique breed touched by the Gods, a group of humans that will always be superior to us regardless of how much effort we put in our training or practice.
