New Noise - Refused - Drum Cover
This month was a quick turnaround since this amazing band is going back on tour of the USA!!! I would love to see them in the UK soon. This Album and music has shaped quite a lot of bands music and influenced most of what I do.

Little video editing and some work on Snare sounds. This was not as good as I wanted it with some shaky Hi Hat work with the quick speeds. Enjoyed every second of it as you can see.

This is a great song to work on with some amazing drumming from Dave Grohl. Several takes and still wanted to perfect parts but here it is. More videos coming soon. Mix needed the hi hat to be more set in the mix and bass drum to kick through phone and mac speakers but sounded good in a full studio mix.

This months video has more percussion tracks than drum tracks in it. I went a little overboard with the use of percussion as I tried out a few different microphone's on each piece. This Months Cover sis in memory of Adam Yauch - 1/3rd of the Beatie Boys. This is a Drum Cover I love doing at every gig. This track is great to play at all venues. With this version I have been working on the overall mix with additions to the instrumental and vocal tracks. This month is a song I play with my band Blue Mantis. The track is made up of just percussion instruments and I found a way to play this full kit with a more rock feel. More practice at the drum mixing on this video with Cowbell and Tamborine added lower in the mix. Camera set higher to help with the video quality.

An old recording of a song in the Blue Mantis Band set. I wanted to show something new but have been very busy this month and recording a few covers on Friday! Mix is not that bad for this but need to bring back the Blink 182 Flag or get one for myself! Might try some new video bits and as always comment, share and like for continued and better content.

I was a late-comer to The Foo Fighters, but this is easily my favourite. I used to play in a band once, and we did this song a few times - not enough in my opinion. Great fun to play and always went down well. The song I miss playing most. Not easy with so many pushes etc. Great cover!
