I'm 6'2" 175 lbs and my son is 4'10" 85 lbs. It's prettttttttty rough to play next to him. You for sure can't play competitively against anybody locally, and you're right about the buttons being real bad. Nobody thinks they are good, though. Only this guy. I love the cabinet. I'm glad I have it. It was way too expensive for the quality of the products used across the board, and I'm not sure I would have bought it if I played it before hand. If I wasn't obsessed with Marvel 2 back in the early 2000s, I'd for sure pass on this one.

color flash is everything 1 color (all blue then all purple and so on) at the same time, in color mix ar 2m53s i see purple air vents and blue glove compartment area , so not 1 color but multiple colors at the same time.

I'm with you, she wasn't that bad but I did find her lack of physical range to be tough against come characters! Her big robot ult was also a little inconsistent in damage, but I agree, she's not half bad!

She has Low Health and Damage. But as a Secret Character in MVC 1 she has Buffs as well

Her flower bomb is a good zoning tool.

Lol - I think I may have had a cold at this time and didn't want my sneeze particles going everywhere since other people sit in my car too lol! I should get extra credit for being nice!😜

Maybe we did! I haven't played on easy mode on any of the games though, so maybe it wasn't me :(

I don't feel much input lag, if any, for any of the local played games. I do notice a slight input lag on some of the online games, particularly games where you are executing big air combos like MvsC2. The online experience is honestly pretty bad for that game last I tried it, but the local play is excellent!

A lot of people have an issue with the joystick and buttons on the 1UP cabs but I don't find them too bad. The mic is picking up a lot more of the clicking noise than you experience in person, but they definitely feel a tad cheaper than an arcade machines. I would have loved to have built my own cab, but I lack the skill power and will power to do it lol. Maybe a future project though!!

Yeah, they are cheap for sure. If you only ever played on Arcade1Ups you'd never care, but if you've ever played on a fight stick or a real cabinet, it's immediately obvious that they're suuuuuuuuuper cheap. Real mushy buttons, bad for mashing, which is a shame because Marvel 2.

That sounds like an amazing game room! I am really on the fence about an MK cab - I recently picked up their console release, MK1, and totally forgot how much I loved MK games!

I just checked Marvel Vs. Capcom 1 and 2 for you and unfortunately there is no option to adjust any of the sound settings in either game to allow for the music to be turned off and only the fighting to be heard :(

All games have unlimited credits! I believe some of the highscores may not carry over between credits though!

I love The Simpsons Arcade Game - so much 4-player nostalgia with it! I would highly encourage you pick it up if you find it for a good deal before they discontinue it. I missed the boat on the X-men Arcade Game and regret not just going in on it!

This is actually a really awesome idea - a little more love for the community would go a really long way to keeping people engaged!

I'm curious to see where they will go with the new cabs. Arcade1Up seems to be going back to 2 to 3 game cabs unfortunately!

Thank you so much, your comment made my day! Power Stone 2 is one of the best party games of all time - it's so under-rated probably because it's so hard to find. I love Rival Schools - Batsu definitely doesn't get enough street cred for how cool he is!

I haven't noticed it, but I do have mine in the basement so there are plenty of other random furnace / hvac noises that drown out the peace and quiet! :D

That would be an absolute dream - I hope you can make it happen! I only had about a 20 x 12 space to make this work, but I am still working on making better use of it. I would LOVE to get a foosball machine and a coin-operated gumball machine to add here. A lofty goal is a claw machine, but I think that's too ambitious and still a dream!

It's really loud! Awesome if you want the arcade feel, not so awesome if you're playing at 2 AM when everyone else is asleep 😝

My experience exactly! At least the local experience is still great, but I wish they did a better job of encouraging online play!

@@user-ro1vn7ch4c So true - I still do enjoy the nostalgia this cab brings to my basement, but lots of room for improvement in the software! Hopefully they can get it all ironed out before they do a Capcom Vs. SNK 2 release, which would be a dream!

Also - the curtain idea is brilliant, I'm going to see if I can find some cheap black floor length fabric to make this work, thank you!!!
