Mega Cummins is 8500lbs, trailer 8000lbs and the truck is 7700lbs rough numbers but very close to weight. He351 over s475 big fuel, valair dual disc putting the power to the trans and the nv4500 i built. Which is the first transmission ever i put together. Shes been taking a beating. Welded d80 35" mts 3.55 gears.

Shes running a bit warm @ WOT lol.. might need to defuel it or swap in a 67mm he351 turbine, and build some water/methanol injection.

97 dodge mild built 215hp motor, billet input nv4500 with valair dual comp clutch and a ford np271. Axletech 4000s 6.8 gears, air lockers and pinion brakes riding with 16.9-24s and 18" king piggy back coilovers. First time taking the beast out. Been a long 4 5 years building it. Looking forward to 2020. Finishing up my 97 dually rebuild, fully built motor, compounds i built and nv4500 with vala...

The camera doesn't do obstacles like this justice one bit!!! In person it's a complete different story with how steep it is and those steps that look like you could walk up them rather easily but I bet most the people saying all the shit that he did wrong couldn't walk up this let alone drive a rig up it!! Right at 5:20ish did anybody else see the giant penis that tree had!!!? I'm totally serious look at the bottom right hand of the screen and you'll see it!!! LoL
how did you do the rear steer setup on the axle techs?
Wrong tires, wrong pressure, wrong driver. Stickies, 15psi and someone who listens to their spotter thats all that needs to change.

Holy Hell...you are NOT at 24,000lbs. Your trailer is +/-8,000lbs Rock crawler is 4,500lbs.. Your truck is 7,500lbs. You are rolling down the road at 20,000lbs. You're not even over weight for the truck in stock trim.
Cool story bro... Rock crawler weighs 10k. Truck handled 29.5k but you're correct

35'000lbs for a 2020... So I'm gonna guess for a 97 Rated at probably around 25'000 good for 40'000 lol

Nice to know an NV4500 can still put work out like that. Everyone on the internet seems to think they're unusable.
I've got 3. 290'000km 454'000km & 289'000mi They all still put in work. Edit: the higher milage ones do anyways.... The low one is in a parts truck, but it will still preform lol

@@duttydiesel8303 yeah I love a stick but it just didn't make sense. I'm the only one who drives it at my place, and I won't even be here that often as I'm just back from basic training. I get both sides of it and whoever picks whatever they do has a good reason behind it.

4th gear I assume on that pull? Regardless, that'd damn impressive with 35's and only 3.54 final drive
5th gear. Ive changed fee things on tune and dropped to a 1.15 ar housing on the s475. World of difference. Just ran over 7000miles loaded over 23k with the cruise set on 75 pretty much.

Nice rig, I’m putting a compound on my 24 valve and then moving onto my 12 valve project next, couple questions what brand compound are you running, and I like those wheels what make are those? The 5 speed 12 valve 1 ton is a sick unit mine is a auto kicking around doing a 5 speed swap
I built my own compounds. He351 67mm turbine with billet wheel over box borg s475/96 1.32
Major pain in the ass... It really depends on what you do to be worth swapping! The best I seen was buddy pulled the auto and fired in an e/f 10 speed....

Seems a little hot though, almost like the big charger isnt big enough.
Seems very hot for a compound setup I run a k27 gross 32,000 taking in scrap metal it was hard to break 1100 with dv and 5x12 maybe bump your timing a bit that should help

@@HunterRitchie the big charger had to big of turbine. Dropped to 1.15ar on the s475 made a big difference. Also I'm running a good bit of fuel. 5x.014 nozzles with edge filters removed .025dvs and aggressive AFC tune.
What size injectors are you feeding it?
7x.011 nozzles with edge filters bored out. No fuel plate, mack plug on a 215 ppump and .025 dvs
