Don't worry I'm reading the dialogue, I just happen to be a fast reader. There are other channels I watch as well that take their time to go through the dialogue, so I end up hearing the story twice. I understand your pain though, as seeing people not read can definitely be infuriating sometimes. Every time I watch someone doing a playthrough of Ruina I have to tune out every 5 minutes to stop myself from backseating lol

@@cafedew hmm, I see. Well, personally I really enjoy the voiceacting in PM games, so I always make sure to wait quite a while for it to finish when playing. And sometimes the characters can talk quite slowly, Dulcinea is a good example because she doesn't just speak slowly, she takes lots of long breaks between words too. I don't think I've seen any streamer not accidentally skip some of her dialogue. There's also times where various sound effects happen during the dialogue, so I think listening to all of it helps with immersion.

Rodya's skill 2 and 3 discard the lowest rank skills that are not used, so if you have two skill 2's that are on the same skill slot, the skill 2 that you select will discard the other, the reason you keep having 1 insight is because you keep discarding skill 1's. I'd recommend taking a look at Esgoo's video on the discard mechanic as it explains it much better than I could. The defense skill trick is just to stop you from discarding.

@zapp5er284 It was, though in relation to Burn being worse than Bleed (same argument, just also discussing what status most deserves more support in the next season, which they argued was Bleed) because part of my point was that Magic Outis and Philclair are Walpurgis ID and "it is good only because of a rare event" is not a winning argument. The big issue though is versatility and variety. Rupture on its own is difficult to stack, but the large number of IDs means that it can have a wide variety of sub-statuses for hybrid builds and generate resources for any EGO and Support Passives. Meanwhile, Burn currently has exactly 1 Gluttony skill and 2 Sloth skills across the entire board. And if you're doing Burn, you are doing *only* Burn.

@@vadandrumist1670 I do agree that ids available only during an event that happens like 4 times a year total shouldn't be a fix for a lacking status effect achetype, and in regards to which one will be supported during the new season: it's obviously bleed. Like c'mon, it will be for Don's canto, and, y'kno, yeah?

@zapp5er284 Ah, but one must consider that the IDs are often based on the enemies we're fighting. While Don is a bloodfiend, I could easily see the Bloodfiend Hunters office showing up and being Burn based. What better way to ensure bloodfiends cannot make use of bodies than turning them to ash? Even without the hunters specifically, there could be plenty of reasonable alternatives, such as a pyrotechnics workshop. And from a meta-standpoint, we've just gotten a load of Sinking and Tremor, Canto 5 was the Season of Bleed+Poise, Canto 4 was big on Rupture, and Canto 3 had was a bit of a Season of Bleed as well due to Nails. And Charge, while not yet having a season, is more than well-off currently. Burn is definitely due, and since Ryoshu's is likely to be a Season of Rainbow we could be waiting a *long* time if not in the next season.

AEDD Gregor is pretty good but MAN running Rosespanner Gregor just feel like you are nerfing yourself I feel like you are more rewarded with Dimension Shredder Yi Sang than this garbage

DS gives yi sang +1 rupture count on every attack after you activate it plus charge if he is not hit, is the perfect synergy for W sang an already amazing rupture id, if gregor had a better rupture unit MAYBE aedd would be justified but rosespaner, is such a mess, low charge gain, depends of both charge and tremor count on enemy for his conditionals and is just a discount 7cliff on what he does.

Ishy is more or less just to fill in a spot on the team. If I had K Lu I think I would still run her for her egos though. It definitely is nice having two tanks on the team to soak up damage while going unopposed with their attacks. Also funnily enough, losing clashes with anything except her S3 actually stops her from eating up your count.

​@@gman8D1W Sang has TERRIBLE synergy with DShredder what are you talking about. He only has ONE still that actually gets maximum value out of the passive, meanwhile ring Sang can get max value out of every single skill

This was recorded before her release. Though looking at her kit, I don't think she is meant to be used on a rupture team due to her having to leave after 6~8 turns, especially with the longer battle formats Project Moon seems to want to move towards. however, I do think she will become better when another Devyat id or another id with a similar retreat mechanic is released.

LCCB Ishmael is really good.

Her skill 3 has a surprising amount of rupture on it and applies 5 fragile on the same turn. Though, she's usually the slowest on the team so I can't make use of the 50% damage boost
