why drill the rivets if you use a circular drill around the rivets to pull the baffle out....
Did you have to rejet the carbs, how did the bike run after the baffles removed?

Any updates? I heard something about the loss of back pressure maybe causing a problem… 🤔
There is another baffle deeper in the muffler. It is not a fully straight pipe after this.
I ride the same bike vz 800 Put a 44 sprocket on the back. And 16 in front. Thats good shit. Lots of power. 👍
