I disagree! Since the New Testament originals used the Septuagint wording in their own writings, that confirms that the Septuagint is inspired. For they would not use corrupt texts in their own writings. They were inspired by the Holy Spirit to use those Septuagint Texts! That confirms its inspiration.

Pastor, I just found you today, but with all due l respect, you mentioned that the story of the woman caught in adultery was not found in the originals. How do you know that? If you know where the originals are please let the world know. Jesus did not preach from the originals. He preached in many synagogues plus the temple. Possibly there were some originals that survived the 400 years, but doubtful. Certainly not Moses's writings, or the majority of the scriptures. We don't have the originals from the New Testament. We have copies of copies. God has promised to preserve His Word. So obviously there is a line of copies that God has preserved. And they will be preserved going forward. It is our duty as Christians to pray and do our own digging. Sorry Pastor, but I cannot recommend you.

Now I hope I didn't have that many typos or microphone typos, if I did you just have to read in to what I said, and try to make sense, because I said a lot. I've studied these versions and they are perversions the NIV is a perverted version the new King James, as a matter of fact, one of the churches down the road from where I live, through a whole bag of King James Bibles in the trash, luckily a neighbor got them out, and kept them. So why would a church throw out the word of God, cuz that's where we are now, the apostate generation and it shows. These schools, are Jesuit controlled Jesuit owned and Jesuit taught, so now I'm questioning this man after listening to all three of his teachings, starting with the Latin Vulgate all the way up to now,

I wish I was sitting in this class, where is this class, I'd like to know what school, because the modern versions were retranslated from a faulty codex sinaticus which were translated from two men Brooke Frost westcott and Fenton Anthony John Hort, who did not believe in Jesus Christ, who did not believe that he saves us for our sin, and those verses that you starting to quote and God was manifested in the flesh and he, who is he, God, now I'm questioning your teaching and what school you're teaching from. Cuz I know how the Jesuits have taken over our schools and our colleges with all these modern versions which pervert the word of God. Isaiah 14:12 removes from the NIV in the modern versions the word or name Lucifer, and changes the words son of the morning to morning Star., in the King James it says oh how thou have fallen old Lucifer son of the morning NIV in the modern version say oh how you have fallen old morning star. Revelation 22:16 Jesus Christ is the morning star. John 3:16 for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son which is in the KJV, but in the modern versions it renders for God so loved the world that he gave his only son, which is a false statement, and there's many of these perversions not to mention many verses that were in the original text were removed by these two men wescott and Hort, and they say that these verses were not in the original manuscripts, that's bull crap I have the original manuscripts and all those verses are in the original manu scripts, they perverted the word of God, and there's many verses throughout the old and especially the New testament which have been changed or omitted, acts 8:37 completely omitted, Matthew 17:21 it completely omitted, and many other verses, those verses were in the original manuscripts, they're in erasmus's textus receptus, which are the majority texts because they were copied and translated from over 5,000 Greek Latin and Hebrew text throughout history, where is codex cymaticus that was found in the garbage by Constantine von Tischendorf who claimed he had found the oldest biblical manuscripts, in St Catherine's monastery in Mount Sinai, which was an actual work from a man named Constantine simonides which he tried to debate Constantine Tischendorf, which he declined, so all these modern versions are false translations from a false manuscript, not to mention on Constantine voltition's door second trip before he made his trip back to Mount Sinai met with the Pope, for various reasons and got his blessing to go back and retrieve more of these manuscripts. Now there was a monk there who had gotten the orders to hand Mr Tishendorf the rest of the translations that were in the trash can. These are where our modern versions come from. So it's kind of funny how in 1611 where the printing press was fully up and running that God worked his miracle in giving the Bible to all men in the common language, and millions of Roman Catholic priests came out of the Antichrist church known as the Roman Catholic Church the Vatican the divining serpent. And now I see that you're starting to teach against that that these modern versions are okay even though there's hundreds of English versions, we don't need hundreds of English versions, started off with the tindale Bible the Geneva Bible which saved thousands upon thousands upon thousands of Puritans which fled Europe from Roman persecution because of the English Bibles. That the Roman Catholic Church made illegal and arrested those who possessed them and burned them at the stake for having an English Bible. So the modern versions, are a work of undermining the 1611 King James and the English Bibles before that and create perverted versions such as Lucky strikes compared to Marlboro, the King James which is a bad analogy but understandable, marlboro's are the number one top cigarette smoke by millions of people and lucky strikes is a generic, so the modern versions of Scripture are a generic version that do not give you the full armor of God, in which the apocrypha was also removed, and they got what five or six verses that they say these verses are not scripture and these books have to be removed. False translations of the modern versions have deceived so many people, can you be saved by modern versions, sure you can but you're not putting on the full armor of God with his full word spoken. In Enoch 104 it says this would happen that they would create new books that basically pervert the word of God

The copy or translation is not inspired. But the Septuagint is the basis of the New Testament prophecies fulfilled by Jesus. The Hebrew Old Testament that we have available to us today is a TRANSLATION from the original Hebrew in around the 10th century A.D. The Masoretic Text is NOT the original Hebrew - despite the advertising material thrown at us today to the contrary. The Masoretic Text is a manuscript translated from ancient Hebrew into modern Hebrew. Many ancient languages in the Middle East (Hebrew, Aramaic, and even Arabic), don't contain vowels - only consonants. The translation into Hebrew that the Masorites did was to include vowel markings (jots and tittles) to make the ancient Hebrew more readable. This vowel insertion is able to actually change the meaning and the words of the text. The Masoretic Text that is in use in nearly every translation of the scriptures (with the Douay-Rheims being an exception) uses the Masoretic Text. The Masoretic Text is a translation done by Rabbinic Jews AFTER the advent of Jesus. Do you think that these translators might have had an agenda when translating? This is why many of the New Testament prophecies disappear in when you try to look them up in your modern bibles. If you look at the Septuagint based translations, those prophecies magically re-appear.

I'm about 30-minutes into this thing and I still don't know the answer to the question he asked about 10-minutes in. What was the Greek source of Jerome's translation? He got sidetracked into a discussion of the Septuagint, went to Jerome's translation of the Psalms and never got back to the question he asked. I'd like to know because, knowing the Douay-Rheims Version, I would say that the Greek text he used to translate the New Testament into Latin was the Textus Receptus. But we'll likely never know the answer that the presenter has to his own question. I'm probably going to bail after this video, although I see a Part 2 in the list. I'm having trouble staying awake.

So, no bible in existence today can claim to be inspired by God? Thus all modern scripture is in doubt?

    • @lorenalopez7095

Inspired, yes. My point is that no Bible translation is inerrant. There are always translational inaccuracies and sometimes outright errors. Inerrancy and inspiration are two different things.
