a weekly new class is shared with All of You being part of it,
we gonna WarmUp, put up our steps slowly
with attention to coordination and our own body feeling
we start up with the basic rhythm line,
getting to know the call (appell) and we might count on it,
anthropological historical knowledge of the tradition is always part of it,
its a guided Dance Experience to tune into your body, get connected!
at the end we stretch out and cool down with smoothing kora music
