I am writing this review to share my extremely negative experience with Sector 15 part-2 branch and its co-owner, Guneet Walia. I have been a member since 2021, and my patience has finally reached its limit due to the appalling customer service and conditions at this establishment. The most significant issue I have encountered is the non-functional air conditioning system. Despite numerous complaints over the past six months, the AC has remained broken. The co-owner, Guneet Walia, had the audacity to inform me that the repairs would not be completed until the end of September, which is essentially the end of summer. This is a clear attempt to exploit customers. In addition to the AC issue, I have also experienced subpar quality gym equipment, poor staff management, and a general lack of respect from the management. Today, I was informed that my membership would be terminated due to my ongoing complaints. It's disheartening to see a business treat its customers in such a disrespectful manner. I strongly advise anyone considering joining this gym to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, mistreating, and harassing. I hope this review can help others avoid making the same mistake.
