Recently me and a couple of friends are back to this game and I find in it such a fun that was lost during the years. It's a good complement to OPR

Indeed I'm pretty proud of my jungle terrain. And was a very chip table, no more than 50 euros in total to assembly all the stuff.

It's a weaving time. Sometimes I'm quite ok, especially when I manage to keep my mind busy, somethimes I break down, especially during the evning or when I see his favored spots empty. Anyway thank you for your words.

Oh my... I've got them from too many time, I forgot where they come from... some firm in England anyway...

They were fed up by the GW stratagems system... this is a very quick, very easy version which do not kill the game, but gaive a pinch of "control" and salt to the games...

I find them overpowered. They substantially affect outcomes in ways not related to tactics and maneuver, thereby lowering the affect of tactical skill. In other words, a crutch.

Well If I think to the GW style CP system I cannot agree more with you but in OPR... The first 2 general stratagems gave a +1 to the rolls and the opponent can spend its CP to effectively counter that effect. The "strategic ones are just 3, fixed and predictable... When I play I have limited my games to no more than 6 CP no matter the size of the game. They never changed the outcome of a game, but hey, luckily, OPR is not GW and it's a matter of agreement with your opponet the possibility to use or not a rule or a unit... @@AmericanoNYC
