You know. The thing with animation just cuz its moving so absurdly it doesn't mean that its a good one, there's a thing that i call over stimulated that it lost the fundamental or just absurdly moving the animation without looking into the shape or structural itself, for example is the gear 5 luffy animation, Black Clover most of the time, Even Sukuna v Mahoraga, those are well moved but not well animated.... And a great example for well moved and well animated, OPM season 1 especially Genos v Saitama, Dragon Maid (all action episode), Naruto Sasuka Final battle...and for Peak anime action to me, its Kyokai no Kanata from Kyoto Animation, my Fav studio. Why ufotable of mappa aren't my definie list,... They're awesome, fr. But sometimes they're overly used the 3d that its over dominate the sakuga hand made animation, for example some Fate UBW eps, old ufotable anime that involves with dragon (i forgot the name), as well as some of Mappa works. But now in both Ufotable and Mappa did a really great job of blending 2d and 3d that it's not overly dominate the other ones and in fact it becomes a really good job like Demon Slayer, AOT S4 and finals... And even the full 3d/cgi anime like Drifting Dragon and Dorohedoro... I do animation as well in past as a freelancer, and compete and won in some random event, so I'm kinda passionate with these animations styles/ways...

Shimazaki is barely even an antagonist and just an upper level lackey and yet he got the one of the best fight scenes in the anime. Mob Psycho 100 is such a goated anime, even non main characters are memorable.
