No way is this movie 10 years old. I remember when Rainbow Rocks dolls were on toy store shelves. I remember the first Equestria Girls doll I ever got was a Rainbow Rocks Applejack. I still have her. I’d never get rid of her. I remember buying the DVD and watching it with my best friends. I remember feeling unbelievably empowered by Sunset Shimmer singing “you’re never gonna bring me down! You’re never gonna break this part of me!” and how my jaw dropped with excitement when she ponied up. I remember playing the flash games on my family’s laptop. I remember freaking out at the post-credits scene and being unbelievably excited for the next movie. I remember being a little kid and running around the park singing these songs at the top of my lungs. No way was all that 10 years ago. That was just yesterday, a week ago at most.

My opinion: Villain songs and Villain vocals are better than the hero’s

I know this is from mlp BUT. ) I feel like this song was sung by a duo of misunderstood witch's (one male one female) who had finally lost it. Due to being called evil and horrible names. They had come up with a plan to hypnotize people to make them love them. The hate and judgment turned them into the villains. They wanted never wanted to be. (Kinda wanna start a fanfic for writing practice and mainly bc I love this idea. But idk)❤
