They do that on all the trains in Denmark on and off by the train conducter in the first wagon. They have a built in system on the train but the conductor operates it manualy

It's dirty with your saliva in it. There are many others. In this way, Japan is a very stressful country for you. If you can't handle that, don't come to Japan. If you really want to come, learn Japanese manners before coming. We do not welcome foreigners with bad manners.

In Germany you have to order this days in advance and sometimes even if you press the "disabled service" button, the train just leaves and your 180€ ICE ticket is for the trash bin. No compensation 😊
